Will be starting A Thousand Splendid Suns because I need something to break up these other LONG books!

"Hi Ursula! I loved both of those books. She is a great author. I have enjoyed everything she has written!
I started The Perfect Husband this weekend while waiting for the next installment in the In Death series at the library. The next day, I got the email telling me that Reunion in Death was ready to check out so... I will be reading both of them! I'm in LOVE with the In Death series & really enjoy Lisa Gardner's writing style. Looking forward to both of them! :-)

Just look at his home page and you will see what I mean. I am all for people saying look at this great book but this is just obviously a plug for somebody. Yawn......... This is about what we are reading not what someone is trying to sell.

I am being a bit slow with this due to an intermittent migraine. Halfway through and its getting spooky.
Melissa wrote: "I hope you feel better, Bev. Migraines are horrible."Thankyou Melissa they are indeed. Hormonal or so I am told.
I am in the middle of Queen Bees and Wannabes: Helping Your Daughter Survive Cliques, Gossip, Boyfriends, and Other Realities of Adolescence which I am reading for my Psychology course which studies Women and Psychology. I have a few others for that class to read as well. I regularly update my currently reading shelf, so if you have any interest in seeing them feel free to visit my page! I have over 1200 titles on my to-read shelf, sure to find something to please your interests on my shelf!
I am reading books for my Psychology class this week so I am finishing up
today and then will try my best to finish
Daughters of the Grail by Elizabeth Chadwick. A little too much war and bloodshed for me, but so well written. I recommend it if you like historicals with a bit of mysticalness.
I'm currently reading Daughter of Light by Morgan Busse. I've read about 80 pages and it's the story of a young woman who was banished from her village because was considered a witch. However, she is getting a second chance to become someone and is part of bigger plan that I will find out later.
She has a mark on her hand that causes her to look into people's souls. Pretty good Christian Fantasy Novel so far.
Marion
Im reading The Casual Vacancy by JK Rowling. Mmh... I loved HP so much that I will try to read it at least the first 100 pages

I am reading now [bookcover:From Dead to Worse|2233407. I am not even half way through it yet. Its a great read, I usually read them in three days when I get started reading them. I can't wait and see if Sookie finds Quinn or not.
I am currently reading
for a challenge. I am enjoying it but my interpretation of Marie Antionette and the author's is quite different. However, this is historical fiction and everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I am reading Winter of the World,by Ken Follett, it's a heavy book so you might want to get it as an E-book, I like it, although I am only half way through.
Has anyone here read
? My husband and I love the HBO Game of Thrones series and I was wondering what the book series was like.
I am re-reading Jane Bites Back by Michael Thomas Ford as I got the others in the series last month and I needed a refresher as it was a while since I read it. Forgot how funny it was! Also ploughing my way through The Grapes of Wrath which has been in my library for the last 30 years or so! I am making no headway with Flowers for Algernon so that's on hold at the moment!
The Mammoth Book of Steampunk I am reading between, which is a book of short stories, some good, so not so but easy to read for a change of scene!
Renee wrote: "Has anyone here read

I just finished Rebecca, am finishing Bitterblue, am re-reading The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer before I read the next one, and I promised myself I'd read Evelina before the end of the year, so that's up next. I'm reading a few poems of Complete Poems, 1904-1962 each night before bed!
