LOL!!! Awesome!!
**knuckle bump**

Either way..my book buying will be drastically diminished next year...but I'm not gonna STARVE myself!"
I might go through and remove my stored credit card information so there won't be any impulse buying.

for the record: Becahk and you are so BUSTED!! u little minxes!!

Don't go blabbing to everyone!! LOLOL

Once upon a time a beautiful woman was having a bad week, and so late one night she decided to treat herself to a chocolate shake and she took an alternate route home. Unfortunately on the alternate route home, a mean, ugly and socially challenged monster stopped her, ruining her week further and gave her a piece of paper saying she had to give all of her woldly goods to him. Needless to say, she didnt have a prince with her to slay this monster, and her worldly goods were taken away. How, oh however shall she ever feel better and get out of her funk???
so...because I was depressed for getting a dumb ticket from a dumb cop I bought:

Funny story Bekah.... I liked it
NOT a dork..... fun and light hearted.

I agree! What is it about a bookstore that's so, so relaxing?

Atumn...we should totally create that place...
At every corner would be a book kiosk. and they would all be free because we would all own them. the whole CITY would be a bookstore/library.

Notice they are double stacked. And, this isn't counting the 140+ I have on my ereader.
I'm one sick puppy."
Oh,boy...Oh wow...Ahhh<----- (salivating). Dhes, if I had a shelf like that, I would lock myself in my apartment, lose my job because I'd never go, lose 20 pounds because I'd forget to eat, lose ALL of my relationships because the books would CONSUME MY LIFE, and probably lose all touch with reality...
Yeah, I might be an addict.

Welcome to the club. We hold meetings whenever you feel like logging in and posting.
And you're in good company!

I can't throw them away. I balk at the idea of having wasted thousands of dollars on books that I'll only have read once.
The only thing left for me to do would be to ship them ALL back to America, I suppose. The problem with this idea is that I CAN'T STOP BUYING BOOKS! My addiction kicks in every few days. I own over 50 TBR books so my goal is to not buy another book until I get back to the states....
Wish me luck because I'm not sure if I can do it :-(

best of lucks!! and welcome back!!!!!!!!! :)

STOP BUYING now!!
I expect you can whittle out the stuff you really don't want to read again and presumably you'll be getting part of a container for all of your other stuff to come home??

Thanks for the encouragement guys. It's been 4 days since I've ordered any books. So far, so good!
Oh and home is in Miami, Florida, Bekah. But I'll actually only be there for about 2 months, then I'm taking a long road trip across the USA.

Here's the recent purchases:

more to come later!

Last I checked, the xmas2010 code was still working at fictionwise, too :)

Yea, I heard it still works, but the rest of the books I want can't be bought there, but I did find a-new-to-me website: mybookstoreandmore.com with a discount code that helped me stay in budget!!!!!
