I have a story to tell you...

Once upon a time a beautiful woman was having a bad week, and so late one night she decided to treat herself to a chocolate shake and she took an alternate route home. Unfortunately on the alternate route home, a mean, ugly and socially challenged monster stopped her, ruining her week further and gave her a piece of paper saying she had to give all of her woldly goods to him. Needless to say, she didnt have a prince with her to slay this monster, and her worldly goods were taken away. How, oh however shall she ever feel better and get out of her funk???

well for an addict its like an overdose of sensatioin. whenever i walk into a bookstore, somethin happens inside me..things start zinging and tingling and jumping around.

Atumn...we should totally create that place...

At every corner would be a book kiosk. and they would all be free because we would all own them. the whole CITY would be a bookstore/library.

After three years of living and teaching in South Korea, I've finally decided to go home in February! I'm extemely excited but at the same time, I'm freaking out a bit. The problem is that I have soooooo many books. I can't imagine giving them away as many of the people I associate with here either can't speak much English or they believe reading romance novels are beneath them for some reason.

I can't throw them away. I balk at the idea of having wasted thousands of dollars on books that I'll only have read once.

The only thing left for me to do would be to ship them ALL back to America, I suppose. The problem with this idea is that I CAN'T STOP BUYING BOOKS! My addiction kicks in every few days. I own over 50 TBR books so my goal is to not buy another book until I get back to the states....

Wish me luck because I'm not sure if I can do it :-(

I haven't even thought about the rest of my belongings and how I'm going to get them home. My first thoughts were worry about the fate of my 'library'.
