how was that???? i think i got a talent for this shit!

Are you making baked spaghetti, tonight, Oddrun?
I'm making homemade refried beans topped with queso fresco in corn tortillas with sour cream and avocado.
Yeah!!! My beans are really delicious and everybody always loves them, so let me know if you want the recipe. They're easy because they're not technically refried.
I just did my thanksgiving shopping. I think I got everything. You know what I love? An app on my iphone called Shopping List Free. It's awesome. The paid version lets you add your own categories, but I don't need those extra categories. And I check them off as I put them in the cart and I don't miss a thing and I shop one section at a time without having to retrace.
Sorry for the dorkout.

I forgot! The baked spaghetti needs a can of diced tomatoes, with liquid, added to the veggie mixture. I hope I'm not too late, though I imagine it'd still be good without them.
I have such a hard time vicariously experiencing the feelings of another. If I hear someone talk about something that has happened to them and I can relate to it, then I can experience those feelings. But if it's not really something that relates to my life, I have a hard time.
Does empathy come naturally? Can you teach it to someone or to yourself? Is it something we learn from watching others? Can I blame my parents?
