Finished Booked to Dieand it was definitely not my cup of tea. I like my books with a little more romance and more dialogue so I gave it 1 star; It was so boring
Right - I've failed this one. I just haven't had time. Dang! Hopefully the Fever series will turn up again :)

Finished Crooked Letter, Crooked Letter last night. It was very good, reminded me a lot of to Kill a Mockingbird. I wouldn't of read this book if I saw it in the store but it was the quickest one I could get from the library. Glad I tried something new!

Please join us on the buddy read thread if you would like to read it along with us- love to have you :)
Yay Jane! I bought it on Amazon but I think it's also on Carina Press website and there may be a code...check our trusty code thread on kindle smut :)
Just finished Men Under the Mistletoe - great selection of short Christmasy stories. I rated it 4 stars :)
I also read Men Under The Mistletoe. I really like short stories and anthologies and this was a really good one- 4* from me too. All second chances love stories with a Christmasy theme, and m/m, and we read it as a group- what could be bad? LOL
4 stars for Men Under the Mistletoe - I enjoyed all the stories, but I connected over place with Josh Lanyon's story because I live in the Texas Hill Country and it was really fun to picture towns I know as I read (Fredricksburg and Llano).
Finished All I Ever Wanted by Kristan Higgins yesterday. Gave it 4 stars. Very amusing, made me laugh a lot of times.

So, based on the fact that last two series I discovered in Random Book List challenge and loved them, were your favorites, there is a big chance I am going to like this one too. Ok, now I am tempted to put this higher on my reading list. ;)

Just a word of warning though. This is a BDSM-themed series, and not the light and fluffly type. I'm not sure what your limits are when it comes to those things, so just be aware.

Anyway, I will let you know how did I like it when I finish it. :)
i haven't read Kushiel's Avatar, but have read the first one and these are shorter, but more to the point - there is more story and character building in the kushiel books (speaking of, I need to get back to those)...but there is a good progression...Club Shadowlands is BSDM lite, but the latest is fairly dark
Oh! I can agree with you on that even though I haven't read BDSM.Dragana wrote: "I did not read a lot of bdsm erotica, but I am not easily flustered. I read Kushiel's Avatar for example. I doubt it can be worse than that.."
Dee, you gotta get back to the series. The first trilogy is the best.
i will...its on the pile...I have a reading resolution to read at least 1 chunkster book a month, so those will qualify

I finished Club Shadowlands at 02.02. ☆☆☆Very well written book for an erotica novel. My only complaint is that it should have been longer. :)
Dee wrote: "Dragana - they do get longer as the series goes, I think the last one was close to 300 pages"Yay! :) I am glad, I like the side characters that appeared in the first part, and I will definitely read the next books in series and find how their story ends.

Good to hear you enjoyed it. The stories get longer and more complex with every installment, so you'll have more to look forward to . : )
