Don't beat me about the head and shoulders but I just couldn't get into WONDER. I think I just wasn't in the mood for another 'sensitive' book as I just finished The Fault in Our Stars which was amazing.

Took back the Beyonders book too. Instead read Ashfall and Green Heart both of which were very good. Currently reading Tony Abbott's new kid serie with my kids. The Battle Begins and When Monsters Escape. My YA read is The Eleventh Plague.

I've spent a fortune on books since the last time I posted in this thread, but I have to share the $1 values I came across at the Dollar Tree! I went to scope out new items for my counseling office and classroom and came across these on the bookshelves . I share books with my middle school students and some of the girls should really enjoy these!

I just got a signed copy of in the mail today! :) I'm so so excited, it was definitely worth getting soaked in the rain to check the mailbox.

I found a used bookstore attached to a thrift/antique place today and picked up a few hardbacks for practically nothing, only $1-2 a piece.



They all looked new as well. I love used bookstores!
