yes
yes

A Time to Heal by Barbara Cameron is now available! Go get it everyone!!!!!

Someone I spoke to today said that she found a plug-in that can convert the protected PDFs to MOBI format so you can view them on your Kindle. Will keep you updated if I find out more about this.

You'll download the book like you normally would and open it in ADE. Once the book is open, press control-i and that will show you were the actual .pdf is located on your harddrive. You'll need to download and install a free program called Calibre. After that's installed they'll need to download Tools_v3.2 (http://www.datafilehost.com/download-...). Unzip the file and there is a readme.txt with instructions on how to add the plugin into Calibre. Once the plugin is installed, open the .pdf in Calibre and convert it to MOBI. The Calibre program has the option to send a book to your Kindle. Do that and you're set. If you have any problems with it, let me know. Of course all these instructions were for a PC. If you have a Mac, I don't know if they will still work.

Yes, it is, thanks, Diane! I just mentioned that over the weekend on www.AmishHearts.com over the weekend!

Rachel, Wow thanks so much for sharing this information, now I can download my library e-books to my kindle :) yippee
I've got a question... what do you do when you've downloaded a book, thinking you're gonna like it, and find that you can't stand it?
Did anyone else get an email from NetGalley that the kindle button should return in March?
Can't wait!
Can't wait!

I did get that email. If I hate a book I usually just select that I am declining to review the book. I tend to not write reviews unless I finish the book. I haven't had any problems with declining books and later having my book review requests granted.

I'm the same as Camille - you're allowed to decline a book if you don't enjoy it or if you don't finish it. According to the FAQ you don't have to review every book you request. Sometimes you'll request a boo and it'll turn out to be not your type of book so it's only fair that you should be allowed to not review it!
And yay for the Kindle button coming back next month!
Now there is also a way to download books to your android phone. If I would have known this I might not have bought my kindle but its okay because I still love it! lol

I got approved for both of them, but you have to wait 30 days before the release of the book before you publish your review.

I got approved too with the same note. How do you plan to remember when to do your review?

I think I will just write it on my blog and then set it to publish on the date I'm allowed. A scheduled post, I guess.

Thomas Nelson STILL hasn't got back to my about the reviews, which is odd as apparently I'm on their "accredited reviewers" list as I'm writing for The Christian Manifesto now. I rerequested them in case it just didn't go through the first time. Anyway, I already have plenty of books to read for now!

Also, yay, finally approved!

I'm so glad all of these books are going on my Kindle so that people can't actually see how many books I own! :P But yay, I've been waiting for Avon Inspire to put up some new books!

Thanks for mentioning those books! I love Shelly Shepard Gray!
