Go to the US site .com. Looks like they just raised it on the UK site. I think they found a mistake.
It's gone. No more $.99 book. If you missed it, it is available on Netgalley. Someone at book depository must have gotten in trouble for that book.
Well, yeah, okay. I do, but the cookbooks I caught were like "So&so's Chinese dinners" and such. Not my cuppa.
Yeah, I saw quite a few of those too, also a knitting one which was quite expensive I thought, and plenty of classics that would be readily available at the library, if you really wanted to read them.
By the way, I couldn't use that coupon, it wouldn't let me in. But I did buy a couple of books anyway ... LOL
Awwwww.....thanks Sandra and Alyssa. BTW Alyssa - you did remove all the calories from the cupcake, didn't you?
Then eat it for breakfast tomorrow and adjust your calorie intake for the rest of the day accordingly. Or give it back to me, and I'll devour the little thing in a heartbeat. *Nom nom nom*
Happy super belated Birthday Cindy.... ok... FINALLY discovered how easy it is to download books from iTunes and had to grab the two ebooks from Ilona Andrews
And
. And
since I couldn't find it in a store. But the deal for any one that has an iTunes account and hasnt started the Dirk & Steele series yet,
is a free download.
I picked up Immortal Rider by Larissa Ione, Santa Olivia, Naamah's Kiss, and Naamah's Curse by Jacqueline Carey.
Today I ordered the A Song of Fire and Ice Box Set
in the Black Friday Amazon deals because it was cheaper than buying the next 3 books on their own!
Last few books that I've picked up:
I already have my next order ready to go. That's one bad thing with listening to all the people of GR's. So many books to try.
Squeee! I've got a little bit of Christmas cash! What do I do!? Already plotting out my after Christmas splurge.
What about everyone else?
I've had a Christmas splurge with my gift cards but I'm not done yet as Amazon's having a 12 Days of Kindle sale (UK site but most of the books are available as cheap in the US and on Kobo as well).
Kindle Freebies
Sandra, I saw that one of the ones you grabbed was also free on the US site - -thanks! I will look at what you recently got. :)The ones Ames bought for cheap are full price though. Ah well, I have too much to read anyway.
Thx Ames... I also downloaded a few free books you listed. Finally got myself a Kindle and OMG this is just too easy to use, I am in sooooo much trouble!
I'm sorry, Regina, I didn't order them properly. Here are some of the cheap reads:
(the first 4 of Rachel Morgan series)They're adding more every day here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/b/ref=amb_lin...
Many books by Lara Adrian, Rachel Vincent and Gena Showalter are also cheap at the moment.
The ones I wanted on your list are at full price. :) For example there is no kindle version of Bad Science or Temeraire, and Wither, Paranormalcy, Immortal Beloved, God is Not Great and Fallen are all full price. Unless I am looking in the wrong places? There are a few that are cheaper in the US, but I already have them or do not want them right now. But that is okay! Thank you for reorganizing. :)
Too much Kindle talk going on.So... For any Nookers out there, I found this blog post yesterday when I was cruising through some blogs. It lists some cheap Nook books that are available. I bought like 7 of them or something.
Nifty Nook Book Deals
Here's the ones that I got...
There are some other good ones too that I already own in print. :-D

Thanks!
I've been putting my Xmas gift cards to good use. Got this on Kindle:
And got these in print:
I love Hart but I don't have this one on my TBR. But it was $1.49 on Amazon as a bargain book so I couldn't resist. So ladies, if you want it, snatch it up while it's still cheap. Also, the 2nd book
is also $1.32 for the moment.
Oh what am I doing with my life. I have hundreds of books in front of me or on my kindle that I can read but what do I decide to do? Browse for more of course! So I'm laying out all the books I've acquired since Christmas to show me that I don't need anymore when I'm out today...
Bought for Kindle (darn that sale!):
Free for Kindle:
err... too many to list here... about 36 though :/
Library sale:
