TWD Finale: (view spoiler)

TWD...starting soon! I can't wait...please don't kill anyone we love!

YAY! I'm so anxious for its return!
Got a start date for S08: Mon, 01 Jan 2018. But, since it's typically on Sundays, I'm not sure how reliable that is.

What's gonna happen?!?! Gotta know! Don't wanna see ... please don't let it be ......
>:)

After a long, painful summer break, AMC is finally ready to reveal what happens next on "The Walking Dead." Here are 11 things to know about what's ahead for Season 7.

Cool, but I'm glad I didn't read this before I saw the episode.

I agree about Daryl, hope that's the case! >;)
LOL! I'm sure your techie skills or analytic way of thinking would come in handy and help ya survive past the first week. hehe :D
Well, one thing's for sure - they're off to a helluva start.

Of course, I'm watching TWD! I hate it when they are separated, so I'm glad that they are together!!

Morgan ~ (view spoiler)
Ezekiel ~ (view spoiler)
*sigh* me too! :/
Junkers ~ (view spoiler)

I was thinking they would go back to the women too, but I'm glad that Tara has kept quiet for this long, but I know they need the guns, but it will just prove to the women that they should've killed Tara.
Junkers ~ (view spoiler)
Jerry ~ (view spoiler)

Do you watch Talking Dead or Fear the Walking Dead?
I watch Talking, but I gave up on Fear after the first season.

I watch all three. Fear The Walking Dead picks up a bit in season two. It's at least something to watch between seasons.

I'm surprised Tara has stayed quiet, but (view spoiler)
Sasha & Rosita ~ (view spoiler)
Yet again another reason why I hate these character split seasons - each story drags as the episodes bounce between groups. *sigh*
Junkers ~ (view spoiler)
Jerry ~ (view spoiler)
I found this article and read most of it, but I stopped at "Final warning: massive spoiler from Walking Dead #165 ahead." I've bookmarked it for future reading ... maybe. In it, before that spoiler line, they do talk about the Junkers a bit.
Hollywood Reporter's 'Walking Dead': How 'Say Yes' Sets Up Rick and Michonne's Future

22 Oct, baby! Can't wait! I'm just unable to get invested in Fear the Walking Dead. I don't care who dies, who lives, nothing. Bleh.

Me? Well, riddle me this .... (view spoiler)

THR interview with Andrew Lincoln: 'Walking Dead' Star Andrew Lincoln: "This Is the Biggest Death We've Ever Had"

RenewCancelTV.com: The Walking Dead Renewed For Season 9 By AMC! (Exclusive)
EXCLUSIVE: Surprising no-one, AMC has quietly renewed The Walking Dead for Season 9, multiple sources confirm to RenewCancelTV.
The ninth season pick-up comes ahead of the Season 8 premiere on Oct. 22.
About The Walking Dead:
Rick and his survivors bring “All Out War” to Negan and his forces. The Saviors are larger, better-equipped, and ruthless, but Rick and the unified communities are fighting for the promise of a brighter future. The battle lines are drawn as they launch into a kinetic, action-packed offensive.
Up until now, survival has been the focus of Rick and our group, but it’s not enough. They have to fight to take back their freedom so that they can live, so that they can rebuild. As with any battle, there will be losses, casualties. But with Rick leading the Alexandrian forces, Maggie leading the Hilltop, and King Ezekiel leading the Kingdom, Negan and the Saviors’ grip on this world may finally be coming to an end.
The Walking Dead Season 9 is slated to premiere fall 2018 on AMC.
UPDATE:
The Season 9 renewal comes with a new showrunner in the form of writer/co-exec producer Angela Kang, who replaces former helmer Scott Gimple. In addition, Gimple has inked an overall deal which sees him now serve as chief content officer of the franchise.
Gimple will oversee The Walking Dead‘s expansive TV universe, including the mothership series and spinoff Fear the Walking Dead, plus gaming and future brand extensions.

Marla...... where you at, girl?! What cha thinking about S08? the crossover? the upcoming finale?

TWD airs at 6 pm in Hawaii and it's just not the same as 8 pm with hubby at home. I've not been thrilled with this season.

Wow! Crazy year indeed! Congrats on your daughter's graduation, hope the move went smoothly, as well as her wedding. So sorry to hear of your sister's diagnosis. I know she appreciated and loved having you there with her. My thoughts are with you both!
This season was a drag for me. (view spoiler)

I'm thinking that Morgan certainly travels FAST, I may watch some of the Fear episodes, stopped watching that one in the second season.

So is Morgan on his way right now from the DC area to the west coast?

Are these people a bit more likable since season two?

I'm even getting tired of TWD, but I think it's because we haven't seen much of many of my favorite characters ~ Darryl, Carol & Jesus (now that Glen and Shiva the Tiger are gone) and I wasn't a fan of the plots lately. Neegan is interesting, but not 2 seasons worth of interesting. I really like the relationship between Carol & King Ezekiel and I love Jerry. But I'm getting tired of them killing off characters that I like. And many of the old favorites have changed like Michonne, Darryl, Carol & Maggie.

We watched Ep2-3 and (*This spoiler applies to events in Ep3*) (view spoiler)
I don't have strong feelings about any of the Fear characters, TBH
Agreed, esp about the plots (snore); Neegan's lengthy run (could'a died a dozen times over); the killing off of characters I like (just mean); and old faves changing (why, Gimpel, why?).

Now, I'm 2 behind on Fear...I can't read your spoilers until I get caught up...and this is why I don't like serial series.

My heart is still with all the deceased players may they RIP, Rick, Michonne, Maggie and the rest of TF, even the ones I don't like, because it's Rick's and therefore their story... well it used to be and still should be. And with (view spoiler) and Morgan off to raise the ratings on Fear, I just wonder what season 9 has in store. Especially given the situation with Lauren Cohan (Maggie).
I suppose the Negan *, Daryl ** and Carol *** show is on its way. Another sigh.
Never had any interest in Fear, but I did watch 4.01 for Morgan (I love him). It was interesting, but I'm not sure if I'll bother watching any more than that one. I hate that they took him away from my show just to boost the rating on this one.
*just kill him already
**give him a bath, a haircut, some lessons in how to talk properly, some more lessons on how to behave like a big boy and stop with all the Terminator crap
***give her some lessons on how to speak to people with respect and stop with all the Terminator/Sarah Connor crap

LOL! I agree with so much of that, Herekittykitty.
I'm also wondering what's in store for S09. Hopefully a lot of NEW and not the same ole same ole, rinse and repeat we've gotten for the past several seasons.
* Could you spoiler block some of your post? Esp the spot re: Carl and Glenn. I'm not sure who's seen what, so we try to keep this thread as spoiler-free as possible for all. Thanks! :D

I do think we'll get quite a bit of new, but not the right sort of new, unfortunately.
Oops, I thought that everyone would've been caught up by now but I have amended it now.
