Plus electric, it's not like you can leave it soaking in the sink.

Mine cleans pretty easily, it still annoys the Dickens out of me.

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments The Rebel Leader annoys the living shit out of me. Trying not to let him bother me, failing.

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments This morning I tried on my black jacket with my new blouse to see how they looked together . I want to wear it to a function on Friday night.
There's a hole in the back of it! *grits teeth and thinks dark thoughts*
My daughter was the last person to wear it.

There had better be an explanation for this.

Mitt Romney bugs me.

message 1710: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Well, if the Palestinians would just shave and get a job, they'd be a lot better off economically.

message 1716: by Scout (new)

Scout (goodreadscomscout) | 3594 comments Very few things these days fail to bug me. Even some books I thought I would like bug me. I'm bugged. Not buggered. Don't start.

message 1717: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Scout, I also am bugged. Everyone just needs to shut the hell up and leave me alone.

I am also really bugged by the departure and rudeness of Kyle. RUDE. and WHY does no one discuss this with me? Cat got your tongues? You people.

Naturally, this should NOT bug me but Yes, It. Does. So there.

message 1718: by Jim (new)

Jim | 6484 comments Sorry that I wasn't here to help you let out your frustrations. You are correct, Kyle can be rude, and usually has someone else to blame for his going off at times. Bun does have him on two strikes I believe, but that would be in a different thread.

Kyle left? What happened?

Now I've no one to duel with in the "Name a Song..." thread.

Yep, he's gone off, pouting and screaming and calling Barb a bitch.

Barb? I'm the queen bitch these days, thank you very much.

And Clark, i post better songs than Kyle in Name a Song, don't I? (Seeking validation here, help me out.)

message 1722: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Let's have a bitch-off.

message 1723: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Don't bother. I will win.

message 1724: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) You seem pretty sure of yourself. I guess that goes with the territory, huh?

message 1725: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Yep. Lots of practice. I'm a God Damned Expert at bitch/rant/holler. I should totally enter the husband-calling contest at the Iowa State Fair. I'd get a big purple ribbon and all the Anderson-Erickson dairy products I'll ever need.

message 1726: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) And food on a stick.

message 1727: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Naturally. Anyone want to meet me at the fair? Madeline is coming too! You could make us the Fabulous Goodreads trifecta.

message 1728: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Who is Madeline?

message 1729: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Shut up, I talk about her ALL the time. She's 23, red hair, oldest daughter, #18 Goodreads reviewer in the USA!!

I did not mean shut up literally, it's my way of saying, "No Way!"

Amy Neftzger (neftzger) | 304 comments Cynthia wrote: "Naturally. Anyone want to meet me at the fair? Madeline is coming too! You could make us the Fabulous Goodreads trifecta."

If you move the Iowa State fair closer to me I'll meet you there. Maybe they could have it in MO?

And I think I'd really enjoy being a spectator at a bitch-off.

message 1731: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments I'm just lousy in a bitch off . I'm the one who always wants to pack the peace pipe and wear the rose coloured glasses.

Your taste in music is nearly impeccable - aside from your comments about The Who - but we all have our foibles.

Fi-Yer. Is that a song by the band War? Or is it from Earth Wind and Fire? My brain hurts.

I did notice you mentioning the "cult-like" in lotsa threads. By the time I got to the thread where he was ranting, the convo had turned to other things. I agree, Cynthia! He placed blame all over, and frequently made creepy remarks. Said we were too sensitive if we mentioned it, then said he was provoked if he got bothered by something.

Fire - The Pointer Sisters

He was beyond rude and I really did not understand some of his charges. Too serious?

Right, like cheese and poop are totally serious.

And cult-like? I can not begin to understand. He uses the word "cult" as though English is not his mother tongue. What does he even think a cult is?
