I love that there is just this whole mess of hot guys running around in these books. It's like living in a fraternity, except the frat guys kill for a living and can shift into panthers.

I finally finished
and I started
Poison Study and Stray are both great books. :)
About 50 pages in and finding it to be a little strange for my tastes. The author is trying way too hard to be edgy and relevent and it feels like I'm wading through F bombs and G spot references to find the plot.
...and this is coming from someone who reads a lot of adult books. I just think the author is trying WAY too hard to write "young."
I really want to like the story though so I'll keep reading and hopefully it will turn out alright.

although I have to say I really don't like Marc :/
I was so blinded by Jace that I didn't like Marc either the first few books. Jace will always be my first pick, but I do realize that Marc is the way that he is out of a protective nature towards Faythe. I grew to love him, but not nearly as much as Jace (and ETHAN!!! right, Joanna???)
I dunno maybe I'll grow to like him later on. I just hate how over-protective he is and hes so serious <.< . I love Jace heaps though so far. Even his name is hot.
Ethan is adorable too.
Haven't seen much of him yet. But yeah hes pretty cute.
Im off to bed now, but first I must post something lol! @Ashley Britnee and I are reading Stray too! Im loving it, hope you like it too. Let me know ok..

@Stacia Its hard to think about Marc with Jace around, talk about hot! But Im not hating Marc, I just feel bad for him. Loving someone who's not loving him back =(

Might put that YA book on hold til tomorrow and pull out a fluff re-read to lay in bed with until I get sleepy.*edit* LMAO...the book was way more steamy that I remembered so I had to log back on and edit this. I can't recommend it in a YA group, but I might rate it higher the second time around because I'm realizing just how good the actual story was, not counting the steam factor. I'm already swooning over the guy and it's just the second chapter.
Oh, I'm rambling and will stop in a minute but I had to ask.Britnee are you going to be reading this? I'm going to start it as soon as I finish Cracked Up to Be.
Holee...just looked at my friends list. 7 people have read it, 6 of them gave it 5 stars and 1 person gave it 4. One friend bailed on it, but he's a self-admitted un-lover of fantasy.
@Stacia Yep! I'll either be starting it tonight or tomorrow to read alongside Stray. At least before the end of the month anyway.
