Catherine (cattymccat) | 754 comments I finished Unearthly... Yeah. It made me really depressed at the end! It was so good, but the end just left me feeling empty inside. I guess it's just everything I'm going through personally... I dunno.

I'm starting The Iron King now.

The Iron King (Iron Fey, #1) by Julie Kagawa

message 3859: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) @Catherine glad you liked it! Oh and the iron king is another one of my favorites

message 3860: by Catherine (new)

Catherine (cattymccat) | 754 comments I really did love it. I'd feel depressed right now regardless of the book. I think I'm just blaming the book. lol

message 3861: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Awwh lol still it was definitely better than Fallen eh?

message 3862: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Just finished Shadowfever (Fever, #5) by Karen Marie Moning and I get what all you have read it mean. Wow! It was amazing.

Wasn't it awesome? your next problem is figuring out what to read next! i mean what book could possibly follow Shadowfever?

I know right! Now I can't stop thinking about it. I'm going to have to work on my ARC's though before they expire.

Ummm... I really liked Fallen. So I don't know if I would say that it was better than Fallen necessarily... It was a hell of a lot better than Halo though. I'll tell you that much.

Oh right lol I liked Fallen to but I think the pace was much better in Unearthly. No one tops my Cam though.

I think I am never going near halo.

message 3867: by Catherine (new)

Catherine (cattymccat) | 754 comments lol I wouldn't if I were you. Run the other way! Because now I feel obligated to read the second book when it comes out.

Sigh...I'm still having problems. It might be at least a week before I'm really ready to read again. How does one book ruin you so much for anything else, lmao???

I'm slowly moving through

My Soul to Take (Soul Screamers, #1) by Rachel Vincent and it's been decent but it's no SF. I also started Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid, #1) by Richelle Mead

message 3870: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) @Stacia I have a love/hate relationship with Shadowfever xD Even though it was amazing

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Does it have to do with who the 4th turned out to be? Because that made me so sad.

Yeap :/ it was really unexpected!

Jean Valjean (OG 2010) (courfeyrack) Finally reading Iron Daughter. I was filled with joy when Puck came back. =]

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Filled with joy? Did you break out into song like in a Disney movie?

Jean Valjean (OG 2010) (courfeyrack) YESYESYES!! I pranced, and there were dancing teacups, and all that shit.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Prancing. Awesome.

Jean Valjean (OG 2010) (courfeyrack) Indeed. It was pretty great. But, seriously!! I was worried that he wouldn't come back.

brittany (cirilla) Meghann wrote: "Indeed. It was pretty great. But, seriously!! I was worried that he wouldn't come back."

Me too ! (When I read it) I love Puck!

message 3879: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Reading Vampire Knight, Volume 1 by Matsuri Hino

Going to start Angelfire (Angelfire, #1) by Courtney Allison Moulton soon..

message 3880: by Jess (new)

Jess (jess_readsromance) Just started City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1) by Cassandra Clare completely sucked in already!

message 3881: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Jessica Laroche-Cipriano-Belikov-Cullen wrote: "Just started City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1) by Cassandra Clare completely sucked in already!"

Jace <3

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Mine. *glares around the room at the females trying to move in on her Jace*

message 3883: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) LOL.

Thats alright as long as I get to keep Jem.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I'm a big Jem fan, but Jace is my number 1 YA pick, so I'll let you keep Jem.

I'll even slide you V'lane (even though I love him too) and take Barrons. Not sure if I'm about to share Bones though.

message 3885: by Jess (new)

Jess (jess_readsromance) I have no idea who you're talking about, and I'm sorry but I'm not willing to share Jace. Sorry wrong number, no can do!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) He's a loyal kind of guy and I had him first.

*claws out*

message 3887: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Yay!

V'lane D; Haha I think everyone would be fighting for Bones.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Jem is in Clockwork Angel, the prequel to Mortal Instruments.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I would actually bypass Bones just to sit back and watch that catfight.

message 3890: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) And hes totally awesome

Poor Bones. He'd get mauled.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) She can't have Jace anyway. She's already full on last names. :p

LOL doesn't count, you can never have too many husbands (yes its fround upon in most societies) but...this is Jace we're talking about! LOL

message 3894: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Haha right!

Jean Valjean (OG 2010) (courfeyrack) I'm excited to start re-reading that one. Jace is such a swoon-worthy fella.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) He only gets better with each book, too.

If you ever meet Bones though...he's just (other guys) x 1,000. I mean, I love me some Jace, but I'd cheat on Jace with Bones in a heartbeat.

Jean Valjean (OG 2010) (courfeyrack) Jessica Laroche-Cipriano-Belikov-Cullen wrote:

PREACH.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Jace is still mine though. I staked that claim months ago!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) ...and here comes Meghann sticking her nose in...

Jean Valjean (OG 2010) (courfeyrack) Wait, what? What'd I do wrong?
