Im starting The Hunger Games (Hunger Games, #1)

It's not that bad. The only thing I didn't like was that just when you thought that it was going to get REALLY good, it slows right back down. But I kept with it and am glad that I did! It's a good book. Just a little slow. You should read it. Have your own opinion. :D

Finished WHITE CAT by Holly Black last night and I liked it quite alot, which for some reason I didnt think I would.

I'll be starting GRACELING by Kristin Cashore today.

@Carina: I'm 20% done with Graceling & I'm loving it. My husband on the other hand is kind of bored with it. (We're listening to it on CD in the car.)

I liked the first two. The third one was a little "eh" for me. I had to take a break between the third and fourth though, bc the writing style was giving me a headache, and also there was a big character/scenery change. After the break, I came back to Extras, and I actually enjoyed it. I think if I would have read them all in succession, I would have hated it.

Darn. I should've probably taken a break after Specials before reading Extras...because I didn't like Extras.

The writing style at that point for me was just so "headache-making" I couldn't do it again right away. It really goes to show that if you aren't in the right mood, you can't like some books.

I have finished A Lick of Frost it was much better than the last 2 books but I am going to wait a few weeks before I start the next one. I have just started Magic Study I loved the first book and hope this is just as good.

Honestly, I dont really know what any of them are about. I just pick up what strikes me, and then I dont bother reading the backs of the books.

Leviathan is really really good. If it starts out slow, just give it a chance. I'm going to start The Angel Experiment soon I hope... I hope it's good.

BC is sort of slow and isn't for everyone. I liked it but didn't LOVE it the way so many others did. Don't feel bad. We can't all be into the same books every single time.

I just finished Prophecy of the Sisters by Michelle Zink. It's completely different from anything else I've ever read. I think Michelle Zink must be a genius. Great book.



I'm going to finally finish Burned. I got to page 59 & realized I had WAY too many books started, so set it down until I finished a couple of the others. I can't wait to finish Burned so that I'll be caught up.
