I read Wild Legacy. I loved it so I had to get the first one of the series, Wild Evolution. The first book was more of a horror story, the third book was really a YA paranormal.
Now I have to read the second one, can't get this story out of head.

Ya I LOVE!!!!!!!! it so far and can't wait to find out what happens next
I liked Hunger Games and loved Catching Fire, but i didn't even bother reading Mockingjay cause i don't like the way it ends and i know i would only get annoyed and it would ruin first two books for me
Wow I've heard so many good things about Hunger Games and Catching Fire, but also that alot of people where not happy with Mockinjay. Im like 6 people away from reading these books from the library n I really hope I like them...
Carina wrote: "Wow I've heard so many good things about Hunger Games and Catching Fire, but also that alot of people where not happy with Mockinjay. The series was not supposed to one where "everything works out in the end."
There were a few things about MJ that pissed me off or made me sad. However, I was supposed to have those feelings. I wasn't supposed to walk away from the series feeling content that everything was wrapped up into a neat little bow.
MJ was grittier and I did miss a few of the light interludes that appeared in books 1 & 2, but by the time we got to MJ, everyone was pretty much screwed in the head by then.

Even if its not the ening you want, its nice to have something different to read =)

I'm reading Seeking Spirits: The Lost Cases of The Atlantic Paranormal Society by Jason Hawes and Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Volume 1 by various authors.
I just finished the shifter series by Rachel Vincent. I absolutely loved it. It had it all, alot of action, family struggles, romance, and shape shifting. There is a total of 6 books in the series! Stray
I know!! I was kinda disappointed about the way the love triangle ended, but I have been having a hard time finding books that draw me in a lot since the sookie stackhouse series. After those it was like nothing I read compared until the shifter series. I am really glad I found this site! Stacia (ridiculously repetitive) wrote: "Shifters is such a great series! Especially books 2 through 6. Book 1 was a little slow at first. These books have one of my favorite love triangles ever, plus Faythe is pretty badass."
I already said it in this thread, but give the Night Huntress series a try. I was hooked right away, and it takes a lot to hook me anymore, since I read a lot and stories start to sound recycled after awhile.
Carina wrote: "Wow I've heard so many good things about Hunger Games and Catching Fire, but also that alot of people where not happy with Mockinjay. You've mentioned the Night Huntress series so much That I really want to see what its about Stacia =)
Read the first book and you will be hooked. I rarely guarantee that with any book series because we all have such different tastes, but I don't know anyone that has disliked this series. Most people give it 4 or 5 stars. It is adult though and even though it's not ultra steamy, there are a couple of sex scenes. To quote Isa's review of Halfway to the Grave :
"Oh, Bones, I love thee!"
I just started Tithe, so I'm not sure yet. Of my friends that have read it, I'm seeing mixed reviews - from 1 star to 5 star. Guess it's one of those love or hate deals.

Aiyanna wrote: "dont you hate that! when you are all jazzed for a book and then its like you have to pull to get through it?"truly do hate it when that happens, but im going to give this one more chance.. i havent quit on a book this quarter yet... im not starting now! (lol!)
Aiyanna wrote: "lol you never know sometimes a book stinks until midway through and then Bam its amazing!"yup, I felt that way about Beautiful Darkness.. (it's good thing I stuck with it because the ending was killer!)
