Got 2 of my friends to read this over the past week and both of them breezed right through it because it's such a fun, sweet and romantic book without being heavy or smutty. It's just good.

About the CoFA cover, Clary's eyes look very strange.

My pre-order pissed me off this time lol. they usually send the day before so it gets there the next day but they didnt send it until the day!
They sent it out today! that defeats the purpose i could have just grabbed it from work or something :( I think im giving up on Barnes&Noble pre-ordering.

I liked him before this book but he did some stuff that annoyed me. True, but Graves is hot and I think they should just stay friends which is why I kind of want Dru to be on her own because she thinks better when she's not being distracted by boys.

I know, which is part of why I want Dru to be on her own. She doesn't have any chemistry with Graves (even though he's super hot) because the author makes it sound so one sided. No girl should choose Christophe, he's an idiot and the only reason he wants Dru is because of her mum (I don't care what he says) and because as a djamphir he thinks he's better than Graves.

I kind of agree that her chemistry with Graves is kinda minimal but HOPEFULLY she'll work on that in the 5th one I just think that if she IS to choose a guy then it has to be Graves because as you said Christophe is an idiot. I don't really see the appeal with him to be honest.
