brittany (cirilla) Shifters I think she read IK.

message 6102: by Mirna (new)

Mirna Shifters, Iron king i read..

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) But even you think Jace from Shifters is hot. Book 4's scene with him and Faythe was pretty amazing.

message 6104: by Mirna (new)

Mirna Marc is a jerk. With rabies. *Nod*"

Sorry Brit i need to give him a chance.. lol

message 6105: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Have him then! I'll have all the hot guys that are actually worth it!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Mirna wrote: "Shifters, Iron king i read.."

Yes. Carina will back me on this. So will Isa. It's a great series!

Both Marc and Jace are hot. So is Ethan. Jace is my favorite because he's playful and fun, but Marc is brooding and sexy, so it's a good combo.

message 6107: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Ew.

message 6108: by Carina (new)

Carina I agree wiith Stacia on the whole Shifters topic, besides book 4....*gets teary eyed*...sorry I'm off this topic...

@Mirna Dont listen to Britnee, I know you're gonna love Marc. Just like I knew you were gonna love Dimitri remember?

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Britnee is alone in her hate. The rest of us get it.

Jess (jess_readsromance) Yes he was lol. And I think Tessa shoulda slapped him! If that had been Jace and Clary, Clary would have slapped him lol.

brittany (cirilla) Going to start Ice by Sarah Beth Durst

Amy ~Lover of Books~ Britnee wrote: "Going to start Ice by Sarah Beth Durst"

I liked this book. I thought it was a cute story.

message 6131: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) I hope I like it. It sounds like this other book I read when I was younger.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Oh I read that. Bear sort of creeped me out, lmao. I hate that his name was Bear.

message 6133: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) I bet the bear is sexy.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Well, she falls in love with him while he's still a talking bear and she hasn't seen him in human form.

I could not fall in love with a bear. Although, I found it kind of cool that his coloring in human form mimicked the actual coloring of a polar bear, where the skin is black and the hair is white.

message 6135: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Oh. Right. LOL. That is weird..

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Oh...I'm about 50 pages into Angels' Blood (Guild Hunter, #1) by Nalini Singh and it's not bad.

If I have time, I will try to start Eon by Alison Goodman before Tuesday, otherwise it will be pushed aside for a day or two while I read the new BDB, which I am impatiently waiting for.

Thought you'd appreciate me reading Eon, Brit.

*note to self* update 41 through 45 tomorrow

message 6137: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) *GASSSP* Eooonnnnn.Yesss read it. I really want the second one D; but its soo expensive when it comes out. Oh well mum will buy it.

message 6139: by Emelie (new)

The Inheritance Almanac by Michael Macauley The Body Finder (The Body Finder, #1) by Kimberly Derting

message 6140: by Amanda (new)

Amanda (amandabplease) To everyone who advised that I would enjoy City of Bones, thank you! I now trust your opinons :) I fell in love with this story within the first 100 pages and then devoured the rest of it. On to City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments, #2) by Cassandra Clare !

message 6141: by Alison (new)

Alison | 234 comments I am really enjoying The Iron Daughter. So much better than TIK. I had a hard job putting it down last night.

I have to say I am going to have to read the MI series next. Everyone says how great it is and I want to get on the bandwagon too.

message 6142: by Jess (new)

Jess (jess_readsromance) I love MI! They are amazing books!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Britnee wrote: "Btw Stacia you put me off reading Ice . >.<"

Haha. My mission is usually to get people to read books, not turn them off from reading books.

Oh well, them's the breaks. I liked the book okay, but think there's better books, so I don't think you're missing much anyway.

wow. You already finished it. Major awesomeness. I'm still reading it and can't wait to get to City of Ashes. But I haven't because I'm reading so much stuff simultaneously, lol.

I couldn't put it down, I had to know what was going to happen! But I definitely know what you mean, I'm going to have to start Wuthering Heights for school this week and I'm hoping I can find enough time to devote to City of Ashes too.

message 6147: by Isamlq (last edited Mar 27, 2011 07:01PM) (new)

Isamlq Finished Clarity by Kim Harrington (really good BTW) and The Goddess Test (Goddess Test, #1) by Aimee Carter (not as good though) over the weekend. Now, I'm reading Dairy Queen (Dairy Queen, #1) by Catherine Gilbert Murdock
