Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Yes, we do have to get Meg to read book 2 now just to see what she thinks of chapter 32.

I think he was harsh, but it just really sucked hearing him say that to her! She bought it on herself though. Even though Gregor tricked her.

I don't believe that. I think she panicked he should have freaking told her his plans I mean how was she meant to know. She thought it was the only way :/

Really? I think it's interesting that people are taking sides on the 32 vs. 21 thing. I think 32 will always be my favorite because it came first and it's been part of the whole NH thing for so long now, that all you have to do is just mention 32 and people start squealing like fangirls.

The first few chapters of Dreamfever are epic, but I was sort of upset at first that they got together like that and she didn't really have a choice. Once I got over it though, I loved it.

Barrons dancing = epic.

I haven't read chapter 21 yet. But Chapter 32 will always be known as the chapter that made Bones one of the hottest fictional men of all time!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Oh, okay you didn't like 21. I thought at first you said you liked it better.

21 was fine, but 32 was better to me.

I felt the same at first. Actually I was really down in the dumps when I started it because I didn't expect it to happen like that. But oh well. I find it weird that evenn though I love Barrons I only ever prattle on about V'lane.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) It doesn't bother me. I just got done reading a massive smut book tonight which inspired that whole nipple conversation in one of the other groups we're in. I actually saw that Heather put up a 16 and older restriction on the group recently, probably because some of the conversations started going the un-tame route.

I'm just slightly cringing because I know we have some young ones in this particular group. Although my Seth comment probably wasn't age appropriate either. I went back and edited it a bit.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) It's just tough in a group like this because the divide can be a huge one if there's younger kids or people who don't like to read adult fiction because of content. Then I start to feel guilty when the conversation goes more adult. It's hard to reign it in though if everyone wants to talk about something like Night Huntress or similar series. You can't not mention certain things! It would be criminal to talk about NH and not mention chapter 32!!!

When I'm in adult groups I talk about YA fiction. When I'm in YA groups I talk about adult fiction. It's hard for me to separate the two out because I love to read, so I naturally want to talk about whatever I'm reading or whatever my friends are reading (which is NH right now).

If I was more motivated, I'd make a group for people who like to read both YA and adult fiction, but I suppose that's what we have Delirity for. We just tend to congregate over here more for some reason, probably because we all met in this group.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Did you read the nipple conversation topic? Btw...I'm not adding a title having anything to do with Octopi porn. I was told to do it in two different groups now because of that. Um, no.

message 5792: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) OH! Theres an online NZ slang dictionary and it has alot of British ones in there. Apparently we just mix Maori into it .Well I don't cuz I can't speak Maori. Cuz NZ originates from the British when they took over here anyway.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) What's sad is I had the same conversation in more than one group today. I guess it was heavy on my mind or something.
