LOL....strange idol to have. Most people go for Christina Aguleira but not Britnee, she goes for the evil fictional witch person!

I don't know, anytime people talk about her its all like "Oh she's my idol. I love her" I like Xtina but she isn't my idol.

I read
last week and I thought it was one of the better dystopian novels I have read in awhile since the Hunger Games.

is free for Kindle and Nook right now."I got it, thanks for the heads up!
I read book 9(?) of this series cause my sister lent it to me a while ago. It was just ok but I was left wondering how the series started. I'll read it when I have some free time =)
@EsraIm gonna start RIVER MARKED any minute now! Im so excited cause Stefan is back! Hope you love it...

*high five* ! I'm really liking this one!"
=] I haven't gotten too far, but I'm loving it already! I love Sophie. She's so snarky!
Exactly! I really think fans of Mortal Instruments will like this one.The second book is quite a bit better than the first one too I think. The first one sort of started slow, but this one had me hooked from the first page.
Stacia - Registered Cake Offender wrote: "Thoughts?"It was..alright. Vlad was my favourite part..hm. I'd give it a 4. It seemed to easy going compared to others like there was no suspense.
Completely agree.I gave it a 4 too, but I gave all the books a 4 after the first one, even though I love the series as a whole. The only one that got a 5 star from me was the first book because it was so fun and fresh the first time I read it.
I think I've given them all 5's so far. This one is my least favourite..I think Vlad is my new fav character. Bones isn't as funny as he used to be.
Bones was still alright for me, but Cat really started to get on my nerves in books 4 and 5. She's way too insecure for being such a badass.
Wonder if any new people will start the series with the group read this month. It's always fun to see people fall for Bones with the first book. Vlad isn't around then.

Okay currently reading
. Ten stars. What a hilarious book.

Thanks for the heads up, I got it also. I've been wanting to read this series for a while now.
I'm reading a few books concurrently, included in that group is Tempest’s Legacy by Nicole Peeler. This is the third book in the Jane True Chronicles.
Finished
and liked it much better than the first one.Just started
and the first chapter had me from the start. I think this one's gonna be a big keeper if the rest of the book is as good as the first 25 pages.
Finished
. It was ridiculously funny and amazingly good. But, seriously, damn whoever created cliffhangers.

there's not much stefan so far :D I love adam and mercy's honeymoon. lol
I just finished Firelight (just). The reviews here are a little lukewarm for it, but I loved it. Why? It didn't expect it to be literary, but the description was beautiful. The author took time to build the scenes along with the emotions. The introduction of Jacinda's challenges (pretty much the whole book--nothing resolved--but it's the first books so purpose fulfilled) left me with a lot of questions I'm willing to keep reading for. The author is a seasoned romance writer, so I expected the central theme to be romance. Yup, it is. Is there enough tension in the types of love the characters have to sort out? (Mother-daughter, friends, sister-sister (twins even), romantic love, love that changed over time, family, race) Yes, I think this is going to get more tangled. I can hardly wait for the next one.
I liked Firelight. You can join my club. I think you, me and Artemis might be the only ones in it, haha. Then again, I went into it expecting it to be a sweet, almost sappy love story, so I wasn't disappointed when there wasn't much more than that.
Can I just say oh...em...gee. I sat down and read almost half of the book this morning. It started off wild from page 1 and I was hooked. It's got some of that instant soulmate bonding thing like BDB, but with more action like an UF.
@Esra Im about 60% done with River Marked. I was so excited cause Stefan was the first thing we read about, but you're right. There isnt much of him in the rest of the book, Im still loving the book! ;)
Do eeet and then report back to me!Sentinal Wars was flipping awesome. It pretty much was go from chapter 1, which is nice when books hook you right off the bat. I had no idea that it even existed until I saw the few people on my friends list who read it gave it 5 stars and had to know what was going on.
Starting Midnight Breed because Alison read BDB on my rec, so I'm reading one she likes. I'm trying to do some friend recs this month.
The ultra long series scare me because I hate that I suck at reading most series back to back. This one and the In Death series are two that I really want to read, but they both have a lot of books.
Well I don't think the Stephanie Plum ones have to be read in order. Or all of them although they're addictive.

I hope there'll be another mercy book .I want to see adam and mercy's pups lol :D
