HOLY COW! 2 already! I'm jealous!! ;o)

Well I fall a slightly different way of tracking than most people do. I guess some would call it cheating but for me, it's just how I do them.
Sometimes it can take me weeks to finish a book because I always have so many going at once I bounce back and forth between. Keeps the stories fresh though it means I take longer to read a book.
So for challenges I really don't pay any attention to when I started a book but only pay attention to when I finish one. If I finish it during the current month, I count it, even if I started it months before.
For example, a couple of the books I'm currently reading, I started 2 or 3 months ago and am still reading because they are my "bathroom books" which means I only read a couple pages at a time.

Hey, it's when you finish them that counts, right? There are a few books (mainly classics) that I've started YEARS ago and need to finish one day! At least you stick with yours!

In this group you can! I cross-challenge all time (if I'm in another challenge). And most other groups allow it as well. I don't think I could finish 2 challenges at the same time if it wasn't for that! LOL

Please do :) I've started Lora Leigh's Elite Ops and Breed series. I'll admit, I can see why they wouldn't appeal to everybody, but I really like those series so far.

that's how I'll do it if I get a chance to read this one. I usually try to do the really long books in audio when I can. But the library hasn't gotten it yet in that format.

A Knight in Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux..."
That is one of myall time favorite books! It was actually my very first Deveraux book years ago and my first "romance" I ever read. I had read mainly horrors and thriller up until then mixed up with some cozy mysteries and gothics.

Oh really! This book seems to have gotten a lot of good reviews. We have that in common because this will also be my first Deveraux book, as well as my first time-travel book. I was more of a contemporary romance person so, I'm trying to discover new authors and genres. I'm looking forward to reading it.
