HOLY COW! 2 already! I'm jealous!! ;o)
Megan wrote: "HOLY COW! 2 already! I'm jealous!! ;o) ..."Well I fall a slightly different way of tracking than most people do. I guess some would call it cheating but for me, it's just how I do them.
Sometimes it can take me weeks to finish a book because I always have so many going at once I bounce back and forth between. Keeps the stories fresh though it means I take longer to read a book.
So for challenges I really don't pay any attention to when I started a book but only pay attention to when I finish one. If I finish it during the current month, I count it, even if I started it months before.
For example, a couple of the books I'm currently reading, I started 2 or 3 months ago and am still reading because they are my "bathroom books" which means I only read a couple pages at a time.

Hey, it's when you finish them that counts, right? There are a few books (mainly classics) that I've started YEARS ago and need to finish one day! At least you stick with yours!

If you're in a another group that is doing a June challenge, can you use some of the same books if they apply?
Gigi wrote: "If you're in a another group that is doing a June challenge, can you use some of the same books if they apply?"In this group you can! I cross-challenge all time (if I'm in another challenge). And most other groups allow it as well. I don't think I could finish 2 challenges at the same time if it wasn't for that! LOL
LOL! Great job Julie!! It took me a VERY long time to figure out how to post a book cover!! And I think I had to end up asking Michelle! LOL

I'm looking forward to finally reading Outlander. I've had it on my TBR for a while. I love Lora Leigh, but I've heard mix reviews about Nauti. However, I'll let you know what I thought.

Please do :) I've started Lora Leigh's Elite Ops and Breed series. I'll admit, I can see why they wouldn't appeal to everybody, but I really like those series so far.

Ok, I will. I love her Breed series, but I agree its definitely not for everyone.

that's how I'll do it if I get a chance to read this one. I usually try to do the really long books in audio when I can. But the library hasn't gotten it yet in that format.

That is one of myall time favorite books! It was actually my very first Deveraux book years ago and my first "romance" I ever read. I had read mainly horrors and thriller up until then mixed up with some cozy mysteries and gothics.

Oh really! This book seems to have gotten a lot of good reviews. We have that in common because this will also be my first Deveraux book, as well as my first time-travel book. I was more of a contemporary romance person so, I'm trying to discover new authors and genres. I'm looking forward to reading it.

Me too Kelley. This was my first romance book too and I had been reading thrillers and horror books.
