Because they don't know which cord goes where. They don't know how to hook up a projector. They don't know how to change it from ethernet to airport. They don't know how to add a printer.

Nothing's broken. They just don't know how to do anything. All the teachers in the district just had to take the same tech test that 8th graders have to pass before high school. I can't wait to see how the teachers did compared to the students. I have an idea...

I had a coworker call and tell me he needed help with his computer. He said he had some crazy virus that took everything over. When I got to his desk, the monitor was flashing like crazy! I'd never seen anything like it. Took about 30 seconds to realize his clipboard was pressing a button on his keyboard.
