I am not the media specialist, anymore, and I'd sure LOVE to be, but I'm NOT!

I barely even knew how to do it when it WAS my job. Now I don't even have any passwords. Or ANY time.

Servius Heiner So, quit asking you to fix the computers?

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes, please. That would be great.

Now I'm feeling guilty because I'm just ignoring someone's message to come fix his computer.

It's not my job!!!!!

Unless some altruistic person would like to fund a media specialist for our school. Then I promise to stop whining and I'll fix the computers.

The Crimson Fucker (tcf123) | -3 comments wait! there is people having problems with macs?????? i dont believe you! they dont have viruses, they easy to use, they never ever ever! break! how the fuck are these people having problems with em?

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

Because they don't know which cord goes where. They don't know how to hook up a projector. They don't know how to change it from ethernet to airport. They don't know how to add a printer.

Nothing's broken. They just don't know how to do anything. All the teachers in the district just had to take the same tech test that 8th graders have to pass before high school. I can't wait to see how the teachers did compared to the students. I have an idea...

Tom Foolery (tomfoolery) On the plus side, if there's anyone you really don't like who wants you to help with their computer, you could always download porn to it during school hours and get them fired.

Harry (harry_harry) I had a coworker call and tell me he needed help with his computer. He said he had some crazy virus that took everything over. When I got to his desk, the monitor was flashing like crazy! I'd never seen anything like it. Took about 30 seconds to realize his clipboard was pressing a button on his keyboard.

Haha! I've seen that one.
