Farzan (persianguy1983) | 86 comments the first one is real lecture from a guy who dies in this story and this is his last lecture by Randy Pausch. the second one is "Dear John" and third one is, a book about Barack Obama's father and all his childhood story.

Sherri (sherrij2003) | 39 comments I am reading Small Sacrifices: A True Story of Passion and Murder. If anyone saw 20/20 last week about Diane Downs this is the book that inspired the movie about that horrible murders!

Marla | 4 comments I just finished Dear John this morning. this is the first book of Nicholas Sparks that I have read. I thought it was slow to start but once into the book could not put it down. I even cried in parts of it because it just seemed so unfair(I am a sap I know). I will be reading more of his books.
Thanks to every one here as I would probably would never have know about this wonderful writer had it not been for this group.

By the way I am now reading Family Ties

Katie (noeyeballs) | 4 comments I'm reading Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, #2) by Suzanne Collins right now . I'm on page 77 and it feels like i got pulled into this book a lot faster than The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins .

I read that series. I read them all fast but the first one I was in shock. The 2nd one I was already engaged. The 3rd one was I felt almost slow/yet rushed...hard to explain til you read it...I'm gonna see the movie when it comes out!

I read The Lucky One, I'm gonna go see the movie when it comes out and The Wedding. The Lucky One was okay. Though I think the movie will be better. But The Wedding was really good!!! I recommend that one!

Aoibhínn (aoibhinn) I'm reading The Complete Grimm's Fairy Tales. The TV show Grimm is about start airing in Ireland for the 1st time this week. Since is supposed to be based on storylines from the book, I wanted to read it first before I start watching the series.

There isn't a Nicholas Sparks book that I haven't liked. I feel like he writes books for me! lol :)

Safe Haven was one of my favorite Sparks book. Having said that, there isn't really one I haven't loved.

Heather (heather_j) Just finished The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks and now I'm on to Girls In Pants The Third Summer Of The Sisterhood (The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, #3) by Ann Brashares . I wish I was going to read another Nicholas Sparks book but I borrowed the 3rd Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants so I need to read that. I'm not sure where I'm going after that. It sort of depends on what I have available to me.
