Slightly More Challenging Summer Reading Challenge.
BJ Rose, About the books you've chosen by Karen Hawkins. Have you read the other three in the series? I'd love to hear what you think when you're done. I've read all but the third one (got sidetracked by other books) I think I've written my review for the one's I've read, I'll check later and see if I did and post them here. Unless, I'm told there's a better place.

I got the order mixed up, tho, so I'll be replacing my July pick of The Laird Who Loved Me with another book - that'll give me time to read books 2 & 3 before I get to Sleepless in Scotland in August.
I'd like to see your reviews. I love books about curses!

Not sure if the following can be counted for this challenge but here goes. Please Dhestiny let me know if these two books don't count for this oneI finished
and although parts of the beginning was not the best I've read it got better and became what I expected. It was published in June and although no wedding took place there was discussion about one. Also the cover is mostly reds and oranges reminiscent of the sun. So if this counts I'm at 5\12I also started my next book [image error] and believe this one should count since today is my Birthday and the title is my middle name. If my thinking is correct then I can get credit for 6\12
I always leave it up to the reader to decide, Robin. The challenges in the Lisa Kleypas group are intended to be easy enough to complete, and if YOU can make it fit, then there's no reason for me not to count it!

earlier today When the book starts its July 1792 and toward the end July 1798 is referenced in a letter. This gives me 7\12
