Well, I've added some books and I'll keep looking for more. I'm sure I'll come up with something that I already have or something I can add in eBook.

I hate that, Dina! I was sure that At the Bride Hunt Ball would have a wedding, but it didn't. Still though, I loved the book and wouldn't have changed it if I had known.
Oh yes, I loved Married By Morning - 5 stars with honors! - and I don't regret reading it at all.Hmmm, I just had a look at your list and I realized I can fit Wild Fire in my June reading. The best thing is, I already have it in the All Things Summer Reading Challenge, so I'll be able to kill two birds with one stone. Woohoo!
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "I do too, Danielle. I'm surprised so many people didn't care for it. I couldn't put it down!"I loved it as well.
Dina, I read Married by Morning the last week of May and it totally did not register that there was not a wedding even though ***Possible Spoiler (but I think we all know ) Leo and Catherine get married. I guess because there was a marriage and a couple of other happenings as a result my brain just didn't register that the wedding did not actually get written about. lol
I know what you mean, Robin. Sometimes we get so engrossed in the story that some details escape us. Luckily, the book still fit the All Things Summer Reading Challenge. Too bad it didn't fit this one, but it was a great read anyway. Love Leo!

Thanks, Dina! I'm thinking I need to get more creative about my August books. I don't have enough unread cowboy books, so I can't steal your Annie Oakley idea, but I should be able to find something!
BJ, have you read The Shadow and the Star by Laura Kinsale? IIRC, someone said that the story takes place in Hawaii. I'd be interested in hearing how you'd like this book. :)

Dina wrote: "Oh well, I tried. :)"Yes, you did, and I thank you!
I did notice that August is Romance Awareness Month, so maybe reading books that have romance in them? What do you say, Dhestiny?! Yeah, I know, not very challenging!!!
I wasn't aware, BJ, that August was Romance Awareness Month. I think that would work, actually. I'll add a post stating the fact.

Attention!!!! Our very own, wise, BJ Rose, pointed out that August is Romance Awareness Month. I feel that since that's an important part of who we are as a group, that for August any romance novel should be allowable.Of course, feel free to complete August how YOU see fit.
Thanks, BJ!!!

BJ - How is the Grace Valley series? I love the Virgin River series. And as far as reading ahead, I had originally intended the books to be read in the month they are designated for, but with everyone so busy in the summer months I'm not going to hold it against anyone if they are read early or late in the challenge.

Thanks! We'll be gone to family reunions and celebrations in July, so there'll be a reading-drought period in there. But if I have time to read something in July that fits the theme, I'll switch to make it completely legal!
Oh, have a wonderful time on your vacation!!! Even with the more challenging challenges, I want everyone to be able to finish and I know that we all have busy and differing schedules, so don't stress it! There's no Challenge Patrol in the Lisa Kleypas group!
