message 7203: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments Considering I don't have any wires or computer chips sticking out of me, I'd say that's accurate.

If given the opportunity, TPBM would read a story about a crime scene cleaner (as in someone who scrubs a murder clean of DNA evidence before the cops find out what happened).

message 7204: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments I read anything that is well written and that my intuition asks me too read. I have a book to read called My Life with Corpses for example.

message 7205: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments I haven't seen that movie, but I will now that you've mentioned it.

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments If you're talking about Seinfeld as one example, then yes, I'd say so.

TPBM knows better than to ask a future employer during an interview if they require drug testing.

message 7211: by Guy (new)

TPBM enjoys playing friendly games of poker with friends and acquaintances.

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4489 comments Not usually. The last time I played poker was at high school. We swore we did it not to gamble but our homeroom teacher stopped it anyway.

TPBM loves to go on vacation not just for the view (if beaches, etc.) but to get to speak to interesting people.

message 7213: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments As a shy guy, finding people to talk to and be friends with has always been difficult for me. But hey, if somebody wants to come up to me and engage me in meaningful conversation (as opposed to idle chit-chat), I'm all for it.

TPBM would love to be open to other forms of music if given the chance.

message 7218: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments My musical tastes are already eclectic enough as it is. On one hand, I love to be lulled to sleep by New Age music. On the other, I love to be energized by heavy metal and hard rock. Everything in between is good every once and a while too.

message 7220: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

message 7221: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't. One person's stupid is not another person's funny. [Glad you enjoyed the music you tried.]
