When I found there was a Cozy group on Goodreads, joining was a must! I am in my 40's now, but I have been reading cozy, traditional, and fantasy/scifi mysteries since I was a kid. I am currently a member of a cozy email group and several other groups on a Goodreads competitor ;)Glad to be with you!

Hi all! I'm Dawn Love from Ft. Worth, TX. I've worked in bookstores for about 16 years so I have a wide range of reading tastes from mysteries and sci-fi to genealogy and writing guides. Of all of them, cozy mysteries are my favorite way to wind down at the end of the day, curled up with a paperback and a cup of Earl Grey tea. I just finished the latest by Madelyn Alt and the new Haunted Guesthouse mysteries. I only recently found out they are called cozy and can't wait to see what everyone here is reading and recommending. Oh, and my kitties say hello as well. :)

My favourite so far is Maddy Hunter's Passport to Peril series. I adore Emily and her Nana, and it's so much fun reading about their hilarious experiences in foreign countries!

Well I'm new and I LOVE a good mystery. I'm fond of Sherlock Holmes and Nancy Drew, but haven't gotten into Agatha Christie yet. Would someone please show me a good place to start

Happy Friday everyone. My name is Bridgett, Im 36 soon to be 37 and live in Rockford,IL. I just joined Goodreads and was browsing all the different groups. This one is right up my alley. I love mysteries that also have a touch of humor. One of my favorite authors is David Rosenfelt, the Andy Carpenter series. I look forward to exchanging book titles/authors and group reads and discussions.

Hi Dawn-there are tons of cozies available on e-readers. I know I've gotten at least 20 since I got my Kindle for Christmas.After years of holding out, I've discovered that e-readers are fun. Enjoy yours!
