Debbie... Iced is one of my favourites now of the whole series, I was unsure at first. I bought it, as I buy all KMM books and put it to one side thinking its a Young Adult spin off. Boy was I wrong it freaking amazing I love the interaction of Dani and Ryodan. Id love to know what you thought of it once you did read it.

HI Nic, Totally agree now, I did enjoy Iced! It certainly gave me a new persepctive on Dani - and now with her new "identity." I love KMM books too. I'm acutally sitting on Feversong because I'm not ready for the end lol)

Chloe Adler | 2 comments Hi I'm Chloe. I live in the SF Bay Area and found this series (and quickly devoured it) when book 4 came out - it's lovely to meet other fans! I felt very alone "out there" as no one I know (in person) is obsessed with the Fever series like I am! I FOUND MY TRIBE - YAY!!! I happily preordered and waited with baited breath for the next 3 but for some unknown reason I haven't been able to finish Feverborn.... ?? It looks like I'll have to now if I want to read Feversong :) I especially like the thread in this group about other books like this series. TY for being here!

I loved the Highlander series because time travel fascinates me, and the men <> are hot! I've read some of the Fever books... and will read the rest when life cooperates!

Caitlyn Huehn (booksandcaffine) | 1 comments Hi! I'm C.J., 28, from the USA. I happened to pick up the first two books at a bookstore last year and just started reading them. I'm currently on book 5 and I just can't stop. Why do I love this series so much ... it's hard to pinpoint just one reason. The books have sucked me into a mystical world that I'm not sure I want to come out of .... besides, Jericho Barrons. What more can I say there? *sighs dreamily*

Jackie-Ann Godfrey | 1 comments Hello! My name is Jackie-Ann. I'm From Sunny South Florida in the USofA.
I found the fever series just after Faefever came out and have been a maniac since. I'm not sure I can pick a favorite, I love them all. She just keeps getting better and better. I'll be heartbroken when she stops writing the Fever Series. Sigh...
Looking forward to talking to you all.

Kate Lloyd | 1 comments Hello. My name is Kate. I currently live in California and have set my sights on Ireland as an eventual retirement destination. Having both dark urban fantasy and hot monster sex in Dublin is dream come true. A friend recommended the Highlander series a few years back and it's been downhill ever since then. LOL. I have devoured everythink KMM has written. Cheers.

Barrons' Babe | 1 comments Hi! My name is Lucky. I currently live in New York. I came across 'To tame a highland warrior' incidentally when I was devouring all romance novels in college and became a fan of KMM. That led me to reading all her highlander novels followed by the fever series. KMM ruined me for all other authors and Jericho Z Barrons ruined me for all other alphas!...Sigh!

A. Hall (tenover10) | 9 comments My name is Amanda, I'm 31, and I live in USA.

I got the reading bug last October and I was looking through the paranormal urban fantasy romance genre, starting with popular authors. I don't mean to make comparisons but it really is funny how I accidentally fell for this series. It took me by surprise!

I had tried to read Dark Prince by Christine Feehan and was severely disappointed. I just assumed, when I picked up Darkfever, that my search for a "good" romance was going to be like this: strewn with unlikable characters, cheesy plots, and disappointing failures. I read Mac's internal narrative, so ditzy, so vapid, so spoiled and prissy and I was checking my watch, just waiting for the moment when I'd "had enough" and could put it down. Then...something beautiful happened. Barrons came in chapter three or four and...holy crap! Not only was he a total magnetic, intriguing, mysterious badass, right from the first word, but...then fricking Mac! All of a sudden, the ditzy, annoying girl disappeared and she turned into this stubborn, suspicious, defensive ball of comedy and sexual tension; 100x more interesting than she had been a moment ago! And I love her now. This has been a delight, watching these two argue and hot and cold on each other, but also Mac transform and have complex feelings and thoughts and struggles. I adore them both.

I'm on Feversong right now but my favorite "parts" are Priya Mac, holed up with Barrons singing and dancing with her, trying so hard to get her back. She is freaking adorable and even though the stakes are high and Barrons is frustrated, their interactions are hilarious. I also like the big fight they have when he Voices her harshly, I forget which book. That was a really intense scene. And I loved Ryodan and Dani having a fight when he comes back at one point and she's crying and upset. I love those two as well.

I'm one of those people who loves this series, doesn't want it to end, and I just eat up anything Moning does. She's a storytelling genius.

I know how you feel. I've actually reread the series so many times. This series was so addictive and now I'm always looking for that next high, series that made me this way, lol. Anytime anyone on goodreads reviews a series as "Fever series-level addicted" I always try to read whatever is mentioned. So, if you ever come across anything addicting let me know. :)

Miruna | 1 comments Hello everyone! I am Miruna and I do looooove a bad hero, especially if he is a very bad bad boy. What is not to love? With all this toxic masculinity going around, cheating, ghosting and tinder hooking, I admire a steadfast fighter for your love hot guy, even though he is only virtual hehe. I joined mostly because I am need of a support group after reading KMM's books and the Mercy Thompson series. Cannot choose a fav guy though I am inclined to choose Adam Black ahh.... Also, I would actually love to meet and make new friends with similar interests, so if anyone is living in London, give a shout and a recommendation for my next hero pleeeease!

Welcome Miruna! I have not read the Mercy Thompson series but it's on my to-read! You know another badass bad boy you might like? Desmond Flynn in the Bargainer series by Laura Thalassa. It is amazing! He's not as brutal as Barrons was to Mac but when someone threatens Callie or even looks at her like trash? ...ohhhh man! Better watch those shadows! *shivers*

Have you read all the Fever books all the way to High Voltage? What did you think? I'm gobsmacked. I have a hard time complaining because I love Dani and Ryo and I love Mac and Barrons.

Abbey (abbeykadaby) | 1 comments HI All,

I am Abbey, I am 40-something and from the USA.

I have been reading since I was 3 years old (yes this is the truth), and I have always enjoyed books. I stumbled into the paranormal romance genre when I was in my teens and Jude Devereaux and others of that ilk decided to try time traveling as a plotline. Boy, I was hooked. So, when Diana Gabaldon wrote these epic stories about traveling through time in her epic novels, I was sure a sucker. Then one day, I found these amazing books...which I thought at first might be a trilogy. Being a fan of mythology, the idea of the fae and the walls betwix our world and theirs coming down..well....this was sure something.

I clearly remember when Faefever came out...and I had waited a year for this ending...only to realize there would be a fourth book...I literally threw the book across the room I was so frustrated. SEE...I read about 50-70 books a year on average, so waiting a year is an eternity. I usually have several books going on at once, and was very thankful when Kindle Unlimited became a thing...because reading was becoming a very expensive habit for me.

My favorite KMM FEVER book is Shadowfever. I think for me it was seeing that the surface of who we believe ourselves to be is not always the reality of who we are. I know that as I have aged I have gotten far more clear about who I am, what I am willing to do, and feeling less and less shame about my choices. I think the Mac (though far younger than I) has evolved and learned that the hard choices are the defining times in our lives.

I always recommend KMM to all people I know who tell me they are readers.

I look forward to talking KMM with you all----especially as KOSAL gets closer to release.

Cheers!

Abbey
