So, yeah, I did have an internship. No need to be snarky!

I hate being well-educated as well.
I'm a cube monkey, surrounded by people with base interests. I don't want to do what I do for a living anymore, but it pays the bills and it pays very well. So I get what you're complaining about, Jill. Still, it's demeaning to me, and I'm sure to you, that you've got all this intellect and education, and you have to beg for a job. Any job. Sigh.

And if I Hate Goodreads is viable around here as a topic, because, surprise, surprise, most people are fucking stupid, I figure it's okay to hate being overeducated. Suddenly it's even clearer how inane and train-wreck-like way too many people are. And they're all in our way. (and I include all you smart people as able to see the train wreck, not just those of us that threw all of our dollars, one by one, into that sinkhole called education, chanting, "it loves me, it loves me not, it loves me...")


Yes, I would be wrong but at least I'd be happy sans this bleeding heart.
