Starting When Beauty Tamed the Beast by Eloisa James ...

Biding my time until my February challenges start. Read a short little Silhouette book this morning that was cute. Sometimes you just need one of those.

Play of Passion became one of my favorites in the Psy-Changeling series.....I loved it ever so much!

message 2407: by Bianca (new)

Bianca | 84 comments The Ranger (Highland Guard, #3) by Monica McCarty was just okay for me... The whole spying theme just stressed me out

Play of Passion (Psy-Changeling, #9) by Nalini Singh was great! Though I may be biased because I worship Nalini Singh

I love Elizabeth Hoyt's books Lashell, that's a great series.

Actually I had my order mixed up. I read the 1st book in the series. I haven't read To Beguile as of yet. But I'm on the second book and I love it. But then I really enjoy Elizabeth Hoyt.

I've read the series. The first book starts out slow, but the series picks up after that.

That is good to know. I had planned to read the next one, but it will be a make or break book in the series for me.

I really like that Feral Warriors series, too!

message 2422: by ~Jennifer~ (new)

~Jennifer~ (book_addiction) Just finished Books 1-10 of Janet Evanovichs Stephanie Plum series. Starting Eleven on Top. I know why I like Ranger so much...he's like a human version of Barrons for me. :) I'm starting to wonder why I like them...the silent, brooding, alpha male types in real life would have me looking for a baseball bat to do a little head rearranging. =P

Amanda (kittiescardigansbooks) | 207 comments About halfway done with Lady Isabella's Scandalous Marriage (Highland Pleasures, #2) by Jennifer Ashley and so far it is amazing. I was worried about because the first book in the series The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie (Highland Pleasures, #1) by Jennifer Ashley is one of my all-time favorites, but so far Jennifer Ashley is not letting down!

message 2427: by Cravedrave7 (new)

Cravedrave7 | 1 comments I have just finished a book called Afterlife and thought it was amazing. Just couldn't put it down and if you have a major thing for the bad boy or tall dark and sexy then this is the book for you! It isn't published yet but a friend had a copy for me to read...it was like a lottery win. You can read the first 13 chapters online but if anyone wants the whole book to read let me know :) Here's the website afterlife-saga.com ...enjoy!

Just finished It Happened One Autumn (Wallflowers, #2) by Lisa Kleypas and now I come to wonder how I managed to avoid Lisa Kleypas's books for so long! She's fantastic! So I've started Devil in Winter (Wallflowers, #3) by Lisa Kleypas and I'm already under St. Vincent's charm... Talk about a hero being a very 'bad guy'! *fans herself*

message 2431: by ~Jennifer~ (new)

St. Vincent is one of my fictional boyfriends....Kleypas did a great job with his redemption.

Amanda (kittiescardigansbooks) | 207 comments I completely love St. Vincent, and Devil in Winter is my second favorite (after Dreaming of You - so amazing). I may need to squeeze in some time to catch up with St. Vincent and Evie...

OMG Amanda.....those are my two favorites too, and in that order! Derek Craven is completely swoonworthy.

Bianca | 84 comments Reading Nauti Boy (Nauti, #1) by Lora Leigh and Sins of the Heart (Otherkin trilogy, #1) by Eve Silver

message 2436: by [deleted user] (new)

@ Megan and Amanda: Yes! I'm 122 pages through and they're already talking a big deal about Derek Craven and his former club. Now I want to read hos boo, too!
So far, I really love St. Vincent, so delightfully decadent yet I cannot wait for his redemption. Evie is full of strength and surprises, too...

~Jennifer~ (book_addiction) Has anyone read Master of the Night?? I saw it and bought it on a whim...and now I'm regretting it. Does it get better? I'm 28pages in and would like to throw it at something already...but it's on my Nook and I'd never be mean to my Nook.

I've read a short story by Angela Knight and really didn't care for it.

message 2441: by ~Jennifer~ (new)

~Jennifer~ (book_addiction) I'm not going to be able to finish it. I hate when that happens. :( The choice of words she uses makes me cringe and then King Arthur and the Knights as vampires....she lost me. Oh well. On to the next one.

message 2442: by La La (new)

La La | 132 comments I love erotic romance but I found her to be a little crude.

message 2443: by ~Jennifer~ (new)

~Jennifer~ (book_addiction) Yes. I'm not a prude by any means and sometimes crude can be sexy if used in the right context...but this was just crude from the word go. It's all good though...re-read The Iron Duke to. Rhys makes everything better. :)

Laura (lacello) | 3 comments I just finished Dragon Bound (Elder Races, #1) by Thea Harrison which I got through the Giveaway here on Goodreads. When this book comes out in May y'all better jump all over it! I love me some Dragon heroes especially when they're possessive and acquisitive and dangerous as hell as all Dragons should be.
