I'm Samantha and of course I love reading. I do have a certain bias toward fantasy/paranormal/urban fantasy/sci-fi genres. In fact, I rarely read plain ol' fiction. My fav authors are Patricia Briggs, Ilona Andrews, Sharon Shinn, Juliet Marillier, and Charlaine Harris.
I look forward to seeing familiar faces around here as well as meeting a lot of new ones. :D

I have to second Samantha's recommendation of Sharon Shinn, she turned me on to a series of hers that I really liked.

Hi! I am Ariel. I'm 31 and have a 2 year old son. I have not always been into reading but a few years ago my new years resolution was to read books i wanted to read instead of books i thought i should be reading...and since then I have probably read more books in the past few years than in the first 27 of my life. I am super into Paranormal and Uban Fantasy with a little romance thrown in there to spice things up. I like to read a mix of A and YA and of course spend many hours reading dinosaur books to my son too.

Hello everyone!
My name is Carina, Im 23 year old single mom with an addiction to reading =). I like to read mostly Paranormal and Urban Romance in A and YA. Right now I've been reading Night Huntress for the past week and I only have book 4 and spinoff series to go. Im addicted to this series but love to hear new suggestions on what to read. I love Hush Hush, Vampire Academy, Night Huntress and many many others.

Hi Heather, Hi Delirity et all. I'm a 39 year old, young at heart reader with a veracious appetite for anything written. I read pretty much anything though I do lean toward YA because so many break out authors are hitting this field. My work sometimes slows down my ability to read (I could read a straight 8hrs a day) but I hope to contribute as much as I can to the group.
