LOL! I know, right? I have to say - being a newbie to this genre - these books have some crazy stuff in them! I have read a TON of books and I thought I was hard to embarrass, but wow - some of these scenes have me blushing!

HAHA!! Yeah, some of these books can get pretty intense...but they're fun to read! Most guys think that romance books are porn for women and I suppose they're not entirely wrong, lol.

You know, I have to admit that for the longest time I was prejudiced about reading books in this genre or by female authors as I erroneously thought they couldn't understand the male psyche. I am very happy to admit that I was dead wrong. I am greatly enjoying reading these two books so far! I don't really care whether it's "literary porn" or not, it sure is fun to read! Do I need to turn in my "man card" now?

Actually, I was pretty prejudiced myself because I thought these books (and by these I mean ALL romances) would all be cheesy. I expected the heroines to be ditsy and in constant need of rescue and I was dead wrong too! Yeah, there are books like that out there...but for the most part these books (particularly paranormals) have equally strong female/male protagonists that make the story exciting.

The way I see it, yes it may be considered "literary porn" but we're all adults and the intimate scenes reflect a part of adult life. It's not like I excuse myself to go to the bathroom every time I read one, lol!

LMAO!! I didn't realize how that came out - sorry! Crap - I need to be careful in here - I'll get censored or something... I was in my office at home reading this book and I totally got embarrassed but maybe it's because I'm not broken into the genre yet..
