Hi Valorie- How do you like Lynn Viehl's Darkyn series? I have them, but I haven't read them yet.

I really enjoy that series. Strong female characters and sexy Vamps, can't beat that!
I really liked the Darkyn series too. I thought it got better and better and it went along and was sad when it ended.
Valorie and LooLoo- Thanks!!! I'll have to move them up on my priority TBRs! Sounds great!! I love a stronge heroine (and sexy vamps of course)! And I'm glad to hear that the series improves as it goes along. I hate when a series starts to get flat in the "middle" of the series. Did that author start a spin-off series? Shadowlight (or something like that)?

I liked An Accidnetal Goddess, but while I was reading it, there were just a few things that I found confusing about the world building, and I was wondering if I should've read a different Linnea Sinclair novel first. Overall, I really liked the story, and I'm glad that I have a few other Sinclair novels on hand. I may reread An Accidental Goddess at some point.

Finished Everything Forbidden, and I loved the ending so much, I gave it five stars! For anyone who struggles with understanding the differences between romantica vs erotica, like I do, I think Everything Forbidden is a great example of romantica.

I thought the first was was pretty good. I've heard they get better as you go though, so I'm excited to read the next one.
They stay good- but they get more serious. I thought the 3rd one was better than the 2nd, but that's just my opinion. I need to get my butt in gear and finish the series' I have started before I start any more and lose my mind!

Great! I've picked mine too... but I'm a little concerned that they are all HR and no PNR... I don't think I have any green covers in my PNR TBR shelf! I'll have to go back and look! LOL
