What are you reading right now?

Eowynmn -- how about.....Gena Showalter -- Lords of the Underworld
Larissa Ione -- Lords of Deliverance
Chloe Neill -- Chicagoland Vampires
Jeaniene Frost -- Night Huntress
Darynda Jones -- Charley Davidson
Jennifer Estep -- Elemental Assassin
My sister also told me about whatshouldireadnext.com where you put in the title of a book and it brings up similar books. Hope this helps
Pat - That fict fact thing looks great. I just signed up, and will try setting it up tonight. I'm sure it will go a long way to straightening me out.I loved Showalter's series, and The Lords of Deliverance. Sadly, I can't remember how far I got on Chicagoland, so I will check that one out again. I've read night huntress up til about halfway through I think book 5 or 6 and lost interest. I will look into the Estep and Jones series. Elemental Assassin sounds like potential to me, but I've been on a magic/fae kick lately that started with Karen Marie Moning.
Christine - most of those (save Kelly Armstrong) are all new names. Now between the two of you, I'm going to stay occupied tonight! Thank you so much! :)
i finished Fifty Shades of Grey and Fifty Shades Darker completely amazing books. i must read if you like erotica in your books. However there isn't anything paranormal in this series but its intriguing nonetheless.
anxiously awaiting the third and final book of this trilogy to come out later this month

I use fictfact, too. I think it is really great. I love that it lets you know when a new book is coming out and sometimes post when an Author signs a new book but not always I have discovered as one of my series the Author has her next book on here but it doesn't show on there yet. But I still love it and use it when I go to the book store to see what books I need next in my different series. It has been very helpful. Hope you like it.
On new series I would suggest
like others. and I have just read the first 2 of
It has 4 books but it was totally a can not put down for me series! I am hoping to get to the 3rd soon. It had lot of humor in the series so far for me, so I really enjoyed that along with the romance. Hope you find something good.

He made me nervous bc he's so powerful but I never thought he'd be such a teddy bear.
Finished and just loved
! Can't decide what to read next, the Nyquil taken for my cold is not helping. I'm hoping
or

Lol, I had to laugh because I have had a horrible cold all week and just took my nightly dosage of Nyquil not 5 minutes ago...Hope you feel better Crazy4more! Personally I loved

I am halfway through
and am loving it. Lots going on! And Rhyzkahl is even hotter :)

? I am doing the monthly challenge on here and just finished the 2nd one. Hoping to fit Sought into it some were as I love the series so far. But I think I saw someone say they didn't care for Sought that much. Was curious of you out take.
I finished
in one day now I get to read
which is Hawke's book *Happy dance, happy Dance* you don't know how bad I have wanted to read his book.

I loved the first two book but I think Sought was so bad I had to stop reading it.
For me it didn't work the dialogue was not believable.
Started last night, I must say so far I'm not liking the leading male in this book so far, but as the story goes that could change.
Then
then Lothairie but cant order this on kindle for the UK :(
BJS, I think it was u who recommended the new Sylvia Day series, starting with the novella A Dark Kiss of Rapture. I really thought it was good and have ordered A taste of Crimson the next book. Have you read any of her Eve (Marked) books, the earlier series under the name S J Day? I read one of the novellas and thought this series looked good also?
Lisa wrote: "BJS, I think it was u who recommended the new Sylvia Day series, starting with the novella A Dark Kiss of Rapture. I will have to add the Eve books to my TBR pile:)
Also this month when it arrives, I had this on order for months on Amazon then they sent a e-mail saying they no longer could supply, had to order from The Book Depository in the end.Not sure what's going on with Amazon.co.uk they are just not cutting the mustard lately.
BJS, It is actually cheaper to buy my paperbacks from the Book Depository than get them in Australia! Especially if you pre-order before they are published. God bless free world wide delivery!
Lisa wrote: "BJS, It is actually cheaper to buy my paperbacks from the Book Depository than get them in Australia! Especially if you pre-order before they are published. God bless free world wide delivery!"See the thing is I have a Kindle when I first got it I was like "it is not the same as reading a book", but now I find the I love the kindle so easy for reading and the thing is I'm running out room for all the books I have, and I won't get rid of them cause I love re reading them.
But the problem is not all books are on kindle yet like Caris Roane and Shannon K Butcher etc, it has something to do with having to get licences or something of that nature. I hope the publishers or whoever it is can sort this soon.:) fingers crossed
Yes , Ive got a kindle too and also come across the same publishing zoning that books available in the US are not available in Australia. Drives me crazy!I still buy paperbacks to complete ongoing series but totally agree about the space saving. I've got the kindle cover so it feels like reading a book.
I've got Caris Roane and SK Butcher first books of their series in my TBR mountain... must get to them this year...
You wont be disappointed Caris Roane & S K Butcher are one of my all time favourite series. Can't get enough of them.I know what you mean about the TBR pile too

I just finished this too and felt the same way. I was a bit disappointed with the Vampire Academy series ending too. She writes such great stories but it's almost as if she just says 'oh well I'm over it' when ending a series!
Hasien wrote: "Just finished Gabriel's Inferno. It was a wonderful read. I will finally start Dracula tomorrow."I really enjoyed Gabriel's Inferno to and was happy to see that this will actually be a series not just a single title!
Sheree wrote: "oh & yeah I tried to get the first BDB book from a gift card & it said it wasn't available in Australia. Who knows wht's going on when people in other states can buy it but I can't"Have you looked into the nook/kindle trading groups?

Delaney, I haven't finished Sought, I got caught up in other books (challenges) so I haven't given it my full attention but I saw the same comments you did. Hope it's good.
I finished
and was pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be more than just a series of one liners and sarcasm. I'm looking forward to book two.
Eowynmn wrote: "And actually my current way of making sure I keep up to date on certain series is by lurking in this thread here and there - so not super efficient."Have you tried
? It's pretty good has a great love triangle and it's also about the fae. Another good fae series is
Delaney wrote: Claimed."Delaney, I just started this book last night at bedtime. At first I thought the writing was over the top, and then somehow I stayed up til 1 am reading it. Paying for it now (especially since I work a night shift tonight - as a nurse). And now I'm going to go try and get a few pages in it since the kids are being quiet.
My husband and I started
and liked it. Read
last week, now we just started
. They are fun books. Although the character does think too much and I feel a bit bored at times, but overall we really like these books. I'm hoping there will be some "action" at some point! lol. I've never had a series that made me wait this long! The funny thing I wanted to mention, and maybe it's TMI, but here goes. So as anyone who reads the Fever books knows, Mac notices whether attractive men are a "leftie" or a "rightie", if you know what I mean. which always cracked my husband up when Mac talks about this. well my husband has always worn those tight bikini underwear, which just kinda bunches it all up nice and tight and so there really is no leftie or rightie going on. well a few days ago I noticed, now he's wearing boxers all the time! ha ha, silly boy. I guess he thinks if it gets Mac excited, it might get me excited. lol. just thought it was cute and had to share. might help if he didn't wear baggy jeans, I've only been able to tell a couple times when he was sitting. but I didn't tell him I noticed. maybe I should stroke his ego, I don't know. not sure if I should tell him or not.

I agree. I just finished too.
Reading by Selena Blake- Seduced by a Cajun Werewolf, Mated to a Cajun Werewolf, and a Cajun Werewolf Christmas. Also Flashfire by Deborah Cooke. Blake's are not long so they are easy to read through quickly more like short stories but a tad longer.
Finished
the story line was just so good! Mercy is such a likable character and even when she's being brave I like that see can admit that she's also dealthly afraid. I love the books but I'm really starting to like the heroine as well. Okay I'm gushing I'll stop now :) Now for
can't wait for this one :)

by Caris Roane. A bit steamy (if you know what I mean), but other than that, beautifully written, and wonderful!

I have used it for a couple of years it means your not limited to amazon for buying kindle books. Plus you can then save your ebooks that are on your kindle into your calibre library on your computer. Its a really good program.mHope that helps you :)

Wow! I really don't know what to think of this book. I don't know yet if I'll be reading the next one. The story is intense and awkward and pretty unbelievable. But we'll see! I'll start either
or
and get back to my vampires and were-hunters! :)

The second book is actually better than the first and you can think clearer -- I felt the same way. Book two is great and book three comes out in 2weeks

Hmm. Jim Butcher, Kevin Hearne, Dianne Sylvan, Eileen Wilks, Rob Thurman, Vicki Petterson, Diana Rowland, Kelley Armstrong, Deborah Cooke, Shannon K. Butcher??
Any of those new to you? All but the last two are really UF instead of PNR but their some of my favorites.
