I seen it a few times can't wait to start it.

I ate this series up - loved it and went through such a range of emotions.
Starting

Amy, if you loved Succubus, I highly recommend you read Richelle Mead's Dark Swan series, the first book being Storm Born lol I tell EVERYONE to read this series, it's my fav of her's you will def love it, I think I might cry when the last is released in Jan

Richelle Meadis quickly becoming one of my fav authors. I have liked everything I have read so far

Me, too! Starting it right now!"
It just came out today? LOL, looks like Barnes & Noble released it early; I picked this one up a week ago...
Slowly working my way through

I've started naming my TBR pile "The Never Ending TBR pile"!

Amen to that! I've only been on GR for a few months but I wish I discovered it years ago. I've found so many new authors I love because of all the wonderful recommendations.

I second that notion... all the times I was just aimlessly walking down the library rows, pulling out books and reading the jackets... hoping I'd stumble onto some "gem".... actually that is how I found Cassandra Palmer's series, the Dresden Files, October Daye series, and the Iron Druid series...

So glad I found it in 2010!! Would have passed up on a lot of great books if I hadn't found goodreads.

My time from facebook slowly shifted down as my time on goodreads shifted up, now I am almost never on FB and always on GR. So addicting.

Yes! I am right there with you...

I think it's because on FB people are talking about things I don't care about, about 50% of the time. On Goodreads however, I'm interested 100% of the time because it's more tailored. Plus I have an addiction to books >.< my family and friends pick on me a lot because I'm a bit neurotic about it. lol =)

This is so funny. I was just telling my friend today to forget FB, I'm all about GR now!

yeah, but you have to be a reader to enjoy it. I know a lot of people who don't read very often so they probably wouldn't like it like we do.

I think that's what makes it so great. Instead of a bunch of people with a variety of interests in everything, you have a group with a single common goal: reading good books. And you can then narrow that down to find subgroups like this one that focus on your genre of choice. It's a reader's nirvana!

I know. None of my friends read Paranormal so I'm always getting recommendations from them for books like "my Sisters Keeper" and other popular novels that aren't genres that I enjoy. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who likes to read about vampires.

Is this your first time with the Merideth Gentry or a reread? I love that series.

slightly slow in pace though so it's taking a couple of more days to get through it. I will most likely not continue the series

Amy, I noticed you like a lot of the same books I do. I just recently discovered

I have read everything I can get my hands on by Nalini Singh - I wish there were more books like hers out there!

The Night huntress series is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it.

YAY! I have read this whole series, just picked this one up the other day. Cant wait to start it

Amy, go get her Dark Swan series, first book being Storm Borm, I love that series & the last book comes out in January. I loved VA more then I read Storm Born & it's her best series by far & also it's not YA, very adult like Succubus. Didn't I already suggest this series to you? lol I tell everyone who'll listen to read this series

haha I just went & paid in full for my Succubus then while I was food shopping I got a call to say my book was in only to find it wasn't Succubus but Night Huntress's first book & the first two Weather Wardens. I will finish Paranormalcytonight & will start on Halfway to The Grave tonight. I will get Weather Wardens next week

You're going to love it! I havent heard of the weather watchers. Is it pnr? Well have fun with Cat! She's awesome!

I started my daughter on the Morganville series. Trying to raise another pnr lover. She's loving it. I liked them too.

I got the name wrong, it's Weather Warden by Rachel Caine who writes the Glass Houses, the Weather Wardens I think was her first series about people who can control the weather. It has never been released in Australia so I ordered in the first two books to see if I like them. A lady on here told me it's not YA but is still really good so I am up for the challenge but I have a feeling I'll be getting all the Night Huntress books first. I do however highly recommend Rachel Caine's new adult series Working Stiff the series itself is called "The Revivalist's" I was so shocked, every time I though I knew where the twist's & turn's were going they went anoth direction, I LOVE this new series btw I think I will add you to my friend's so I can see what are the good books everyone is reading :)

I haven't read anything by Rachel Vincent - Going to look up her stuff now :-)
Thanks!

I think you have - Def on my TBR list!

Beth, wat to go!!! Try Rachel Caine's new adult series The Revivalist's, first book is called "Working Stiff" I LOVED it, it goes in all kind of directions & I usually picked the wrong one it was that good. Not as predictable as most which made me love it more. Morganville is great, I'm looking forward to "Last Breath" & I have the first two in the Weather Wardens, it was never released here in Australia so they'll be filling in my time until all my other series are due out. There is only one in Morganville I never really got into but I kept reading as it only got better. I was lucky enough earlier in the year to win a contest & have afternoon tea with Rachel Craine with a few other winners, she is lovely & was talking about the Adult series I mentioned above
