Bizarro I have never posted in a forum like this before so hopefully I don't do anything against custom. When I find an author I like I read all of their books. Unfortunatly I find myself caught up with the authors I realy enjoy and was hoping to trade lists with people of similar tastes, there are so many authors out there and I am sure we can find overlap of authors we like and new ones that some people have not tried yet. My personal favorite is David Gemmell. I am also a fan of Robert Jordan as well as David Eddings' Belgariad and Malloreon works. I also enjoy Duncan and Salvator. An amazing writer that I stumbled on and not as popular, more sci fi is Jack Cambell and the Lost Fleet series. I also enjoyed the E.E Knight books. So I guess if you are a fan of some of these authors try some of the ones on the list you havent tried and hopefully you can suggest someone out there that I have not had the pleasure of reading yet.

Betelgeuze | 30 comments Hi Bizarro. If you like Eddings and Salvatore you might also like the Codex Alera series by Jim Butcher, A song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin and The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant by Stephen R. Donaldson. And i have to recommend my favourite fantasy series, the Black Jewels series by Anne Bishop

Janny (jannywurts) | 807 comments Based on your list, you might enjoy Raymond Feist. Most people start with Magician: Apprentice.

Heather | 35 comments Have you read the other two trilogies by Eddings? The Elenium is my favorite. You might also like the Wit'ch series by James Clemens or Mordant's Need by Stephen Donaldson or the Quickening Trilogy by Fiona McIntosh.
