I'm in the 2nd installment of the CORE Shadow trilogy
I'm enjoying this series, remind me of Bev Barton's or Linda Howard's romantic suspens oldies...
I've been doing rereads of Susan Mallery and Jill Shalvis. I needed some sweet and funny romances after rereading
, which I love, but it also is emotionally draining.
Insurgent and A Duke of Her Own. I have discovered that I enjoy YA and of course romance it's always on the menu for me.
Just finished listening to No Place for a Dame by Connie Brockway and loved it. Now re-listening to Grace Burrowes' The Bridegroom Wore Plaid.
I'm finshing up Dance of Seduction by Sabrina Jeffries and will by starting 4th book in this series Married to The Viscount.
I discovered Lisa Kleypas 7 days back.. and she is (as everyone in this forum already knows) spectacular!! Progress so far:Wednesday: Started Dreaming of You at 11 in the night and finished by early morning! Derek Craven is the one of the best heroes! 5 Stars
Thursday: Read Hathaway.. and fell in love with Cam Rohan's character in Mine till Midnight.. again a fantastic read! 5 Stars
Friday: Read Devil in Winter.. and Sebastian St. Vincent is beyond any words in my dictionary!
Saturday: Read It Happened One Autumn! Marcus is a great hero but pales the tiniest bit when compared to Derek, Cam and Sebastian! 4.5 Stars
Sunday: Read Secrets of a Summer Night! Liked Simon and Annabelle.. another great read! 4.5 Stars
Monday-Tuesday: Read Scandal in the Spring. This was average compared to the early novels. Will give 3 stars.
Its Wednesday again and I am looking for more Lisa Kleypas to devour. Please recommend 2-3 of her great works (heroes like Derek, Cam, Sebastian.. I have something for rakish figures ;)
Thanks in advance!
@Aditi I loved
,also
.If you like rakish hero try
oh and
. Also every historical books from Judith McNaught is awesome!!!
I don't know if they have been mentioned, but there is the rest of the Hathaway series that is absolutely amazing:Seduce Me At Sunrise
Tempt Me at Twilight
Married by Morning
Love in the Afternoon.
I loved this series! Happy reading. :)

Just got the first in the Scandalous Seasons series, Carol. Let's see if I can get to it soon. Need to do continuing education classes...so, we'll see.

I did start it and am enjoying it. Love both the hero and heroine, which is nice. I've got a busy week ahead; let's see how fast I can get through it.

Thanks for the rec!"Lisa Kay, I've just finished reading the last book in the series and I haven't been disappointed in any of the books. It's difficult to keep up with her output because she is such a prolific writer but I find all books are good reads.
