message 4039: by Melanie (new)

Melanie (melaina) | 638 comments Jeez, I've been out of touch for sooo long!!! over 120 new posts, lol: I've been reading very sporadically this summer, between travelling and getting ready to move to NYC on Monday... Read The Hazards of Hunting a Duke (Desperate Debutantes, #1) by Julia London The Perils of Pursuing a Prince (Desperate Debutantes, #2) by Julia London Heartbreaker (Long, Tall Texans) (Silhouette Desire #1748) by Diana Palmer and The Name of the Wind (Kingkiller Chronicle #1) by Patrick Rothfuss in the last couple days...

Now trying to decide which books to pack with me to NYC: I'm already hauling over a bunch I haven't read yet, but I'm trying to decide which of my faves to take with me: Kleypas, Garwood, JR Ward, Loretta Chase,... etc... No idea how I'm going to deal!!! I'm now regretting all my impulse buys over the last year, lol..

Aaawww, thank you:-) Since my mother and sister are helping me move in, I'm using their suitcases as extra storage:-) Then one of my best friends is coming over in two weeks, and my dad in three:-) Therefore, I'm packing half suitcases for all these extra non-New Yorkers:-) I'm just regretting the 1000+ TBR I have here at home, lol... So I'll be hauling it over in bits and pieces:-D

Don't forget we're going to go trolling for book sales sometime soon!!!:-D Gotta fill up my bookshelves in NYC, lol!
