2. So far- Worth any Price, Secrets of a Summer Night & Then Came You.
3. Who's your favorite Lisa Kleypas hero and heroine?- Love Simon Hunt and Nick Gentry, Cam Rohan, Derek Craven, Alex Raiford- they all gave their heroines a bit of leeway too. Adore- Lily and Sara and Annabelle and Lottie and Evie. Not that I dislike the others- I think Lillian and Marcus make a great couple but he is just so bossy.
4. I like her books because she isn't shy about using the self-made man, doesn't tend to base her books around a narrow London social scene and is interested in exploring new ideas (eg the Romany theme in the Hathaways or the Bow Street Runners or the theatre).

Welcome, Kate. I have to say I totally agree with you about Westcliff being too bossy for me. I like a strong man, but he's so opinionated. I think he and Lillian are perfect for each other. I love the self-made man, and I agree with you about how LK explores other aspects of the society that we don't get to see. Glad to have you here.

Hi everyone, I'm so glad to be a part of this wonderful group!

1. I'm Nihan from Istanbul.

2. Favorite books so far: Sugar Daddy, Smooth Talking Stranger, Seduce Me At Sunrise, Mine Till Midnight, Secrets Of A Summer Night, Then Came You. There are still so many of her books on my TBR list and I'm definitely sure there will be more faves to add to this list.

3. There are so many, it's hard for me to just pick one! Here are my selections:
Favorite couple: Gage Travis & Liberty Jones, Jack Travis & Ella Varner, Kev Merripen & Win Hathaway, Alex Raiford & Lily Lawson.
Favorite hero: Gage Travis, Jack Travis, Cam Rohan, Simon Hunt, Alex Raiford. On a side note, I loved Kev and Cam's exotic roots, both men were so captivating they hold a special place in my heart.
Favorite heroine: Winnifred Hathaway, Lily Lawson, Liberty Jones and Ella Varner.

4. I'm in love with her writing style. She creates perfect storylines with clever twists, her characters and dialogues never fail to make my heart go pitter pat. She writes in such a way that at some point I start to feel like the characters are actually real persons. I couldn't decide which one to choose for my next read: Suddenly You or Worth Any Price? I'm so curious about both.

welcome Carol , good to have you here, see that you mentioned a few of my favs, oersonal fav is AGAIN THE MAGIC, fav hero is Cam Rohan, no one quite writes a love story like Lisa Kleypas! Wales is a beautiful country, was there on holiday a few years ago and had a tremendous time.

4. I love that she pulls you into her world right from the start. She has strong heroines, she makes me laugh (sometimes cry) and she writes great love scenes. Just the fact that I will stay up all night reading her books says a LOT about her writing - I love my sleep!

My favorite Lisa Kleypas books : Absolutely Devil in Winter, but my favorite series is Hathaway series ^^

My favorite Lisa Kleypas hero and heroine and couple : For hero, first is Sebastian St Vincent, Marcus Westcliff and then Cam Rohan ^^. For heroine, i like Lillian Bowman. For couple of course Sebastian-Evie (in my mind i always change Evie with me, lol ^^)

What do you like about Lisa Kleypas books?
I never read historical romance book before, (to much read Paranormal genre and suspense book) and when i try to read it, many my friends suggest me to read Lisa Kleypas first. The first Lisa Kleypas book that i've read is It Happened One Autumn, and love me some alpha heroes, Marcus, Lord Westcliff ^^
Then continue to read until i read Devil in Winter (boom, falling in love with St Vincent, lol) and yes I adore Lisa Kleypas after all. She become one of many my favorite authors. Like her writing style and the story ^^
