message 433: by Jon (new)

Jon | 303 comments its not a bad idea, i might actually have to get out of the house and entertain if i had a visitor and pretend like i had a life, but the visitor would be taking one for the team as it might impact on their reading (although there is that long flight!)

message 434: by ToniS (new)

ToniS I am on vacation this week... but I was just planning to paint my bathroom.

I bet we could hire someone on craigslist to go over there and do a little mayhem to his bookshelf. Do they have craigslist in Australia?

message 435: by Jon (new)

Jon | 303 comments no i dont think so , it sounds intriguing though.. is that like rent-a-hubby or something

message 436: by ToniS (new)

ToniS craigslist is like a free, online classifieds network. You can find anything, but especially seedy things.

message 437: by Jon (new)

Jon | 303 comments i see :)

Jayme(theghostreader) (jaymetheghostreader) | 3120 comments Seedy things, Toni? You guys are too funny. I love to go to Australia. I am almost dine with Katherine. I am going to get some nice bonus points for it.

message 439: by ToniS (new)

ToniS Well, I'm in LA. There are lots of seedy things in LA.

I'm trying to finish Katherine this weekend, but I just spent 2 full hours at the paint store trying to choose which shade of beige looks most like a Pottery Barn catalog, so I may never finish.

Jayme(theghostreader) (jaymetheghostreader) | 3120 comments hehehe, I am about 119 pages left. I hope to finish this weekend too.

New Points: 150

I am back in third place.

message 443: by ToniS (new)

ToniS The winning shade of beige is "Sea Urchin." Still debating between "Serenity" or "Lagoon" or "Fairy Tale Blue" for the bedroom.

I've often wondered how you get one of those jobs naming paint colors. That would be so much fun.

Jayme(theghostreader) (jaymetheghostreader) | 3120 comments I like Fairy tales and I like blue so I would chose "Fairy Tale Blue" It would give you sweet dreams of a dashing knight or a handsome single king :)
