Well if you do read it, it is a few hours of your life you will never get back.

LMAO. Perhaps I won't bother.
I don't know, I'm feeling a bit like I'm in a lull. I can't seem to find anything I really like. The books I have I'm not that interested in, and there just doesn't seem to be any books I can find to take out of the library. Blah.
I'm even reading a book I thought I'd be loving and I'm not. Lara Adrian's newest, it's really not so good. This is depressing. I have nothing to read :(
Dawn wrote: "Ok I am finished

Lately, it seems everytime I open a thread someone is raving about Hush, Hush. So I've been keeping my mouth shut to avoid the wrath that might occur...glad to see I am not alone.

@ Jess you are not alone, hence my new found love of nonfiction, now I read true stories about how crappy life can be lol
I finished

by Jennifer Crusie. Great book!! I loved it. Really funny and romantic story about an amusement park that is secretly a prison for demons.I'm now reading
by Julie Kenner.

I hated Sunshine as well.
Finished a ton of books this weekend (trying to get through all the challenges I signed up for). I'm now reading Heart of Darkness. The first two stories are okay. I'll hopefully finish it tonight.
Dawn wrote: "@ Jess you are not alone, hence my new found love of nonfiction, now I read true stories about how crappy life can be lol"I tried branching out to mysteries, but some of them are just terrible. And I get sick of them if I read them back to back.
I started
. What a waste of my time. I put it down after 100 or something pages. Now I move on to something else. I'm just not sure what.

LOL you have to pace your self, do you like John Grisham or Daniel Silva? I have not gotten back to them but I used to love their books. Or what about YA books like morganville vamps? That is cute series or kelley armstrongs the summoning (this one is free online)?
Okay, so yesterday I fianlly got around to reading the prequel, My Soul To Lose... WOW!!!And now, I am started Touching Darkness (I think that's the name) Midnighters #2.

I've already started the morganville series and I don't like it that much. The armstrong one I have on my kindle and haven't gotten to it yet.
I'm going to go to the library today and search for something lol.
Finished Heart of Darkness. The first two stories by Showalter and Shayne were okay but the third story by Krinard was awful. The story was awful, the characters were unbelievable, the writing UGH. I have some other of her books, I'm hoping they aren't as bad as this. I'm now reading Highland Vow and absolutely love it.

I don't know what happened with that short story.
Thank goodness Valorie. I hate to only give an author one chance but that short story was really bad.
I just started the Undead/Queen Betsy series I am now on book 5
I am really liking the books, lots of laughing involved in the reading
Darcy wrote: "I am reading
, am about 74 pages in and am not sure about this one."LOL Darcy where do you find these books??
I just finished
despite all of its flaws I liked it. Still dredging through
but I am about to start
Well this one started with the challenge for St. Patty's Day, I read Naked Dragon, which was so much fun and campy, that I had to check out others. This one started slow, but did pick up. If you are looking for a fun, sexy book on the lighter side of PNR with tons of sexual innuendo check out this author.

"Valorie, let me know how you like Kiss & Hell. I've been on the fence about that one & I was given it as a gift about a year ago.
Patty wrote: "I finished
it was good.I'm now reading
"Patty can you let me know how Breath of Fire is? It sounds like an interesting twist on the whole virgin sacrifice.
I just started
and the beginning is really slow. But it's a really interesting idea of the origin of demons and how demons come about. So I think I'm going to stick with it and see what happens.@Dawn - let me know how you like Three Days to Dead. I thought it was pretty unique and really action packed.
