SOLVED. Girl Named 'Lisi' - about relationship with Dad [s]

This is a question about a book I saw on another message board:

"I read a book many years ago about a Dad and a girl named Lisi, i am not sure if the book was called to dad with love, or to lisi with love dad, but i cannot find it anywhere, any help would be greatly appreciated!!"

More Info: "the plot was about a relationship a girl who abused drugs and her dad kept thru the rough years and all his letters ended With Love, Dad, and the daughter's name was Lisi"
