Sabrinas smile widened and she hopped off his lap and crawled under her bed, pulling out a simple wooden chess set.
"A warning before you teach me to play," Alek said, "I am a sore looser."
"Sore how? Like, won't talk to me for a week sore loser, or throw a hissy fit sore loser?" Sabrina asked. "Because let me warn you; you're going to lose. "
"I'm sure I will," Alek said. "That's why I warned you.
Sabrina shrugged. "Losing builds character, " she said, laying out the prices so she could explain what each did to him.
after Sabrina explained the rules and movements to him, she asked, "Want to try playing a game? "
"Sure," Alek said. Since vampires use more of their brain capacity Alek was able to successfully counter many of Sabrina's moves.
Sabrina was smiling as they played. "My dad made me learn how to play in exchange for leaving me alone about my average- at-best math scores." she said. "we used to play for hours whenever he got home. I was chess champion at my middle school, but I was never able to beat him."
"I think it's almost alway impossible to beat the people who teach us," Alek said. "They may teach us everything we know, but not everything they do."
"Interesting way of looking at things." Sabrina commented. "Check." she added as she put down another piece.
"But true," Alek said, moving a random piece that in no way impacted her play. He has lost, as he knew he would. But he hadn't lost horrible like most people who play for the first time would, since he had learned more from Sabrina's one lesson than most normal people would.
"Checkmate. End game." Sabrina said. "Not bad. I'm impressed."
"Yeah sure," Alek grumbled leaning back on the bed.
Sabrina laid next to him. "That was fun." she said.
"Whatever you say," Alek said flatly.
"You are a sore loser." Sabrina commented, elbowing him lightly.
"That's what happens when you're used to having people do what you want all the time," Alek said.
"What if I don't want to?" Alek challenged. He moved so he was above her, with his hands on either side of her head; and his knees on either side of her hips.
"I don't believe you have much of a choice." Sabrina replied.
"You know, I don't like the sound of that," Alek said.
Sabrina pulled him down so her lips were against his ear. "Deal with it, babe." she said.
"I don't think I will," Alek said, moving to press his lips against hers before she could respond.
Sabrina kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck.
Alek held her waist, pulling her closer.
Sabrina ran her fingers through his hair.
"We should be careful not to get to carried away," Alek said, moving to kiss her jaw.
"True," Sabrina breathed, tilting her head back.
"Or not," he whispered. "It might be more fun."
"For you," Sabrina said. "You won't have to explain any strange noises."
"I can make it so you wouldn't have to either," Alek said, kissing her neck.
"Silence the room," Alek said, slowly pushing her shirt up.
"Then silence the room." Sabrina said, hooking a leg around his waist. "let's make this fun."
Alek's eyes flashed, and a sheen descended around the walls of the room sealing in all sounds. "Shall I seal the door, love?" He asked, kissing her stomach gently. "Should I lock this place down tighter than death row?"
Alek's eyes flashed again and the door shimmered and the knob vanished.
Sabrina kissed him harder, her tongue slipping past his lips.
Alek moaned loudly, pressing his tongue against hers.
Sabrinas tongue roamed his mouth, and she moaned softly at the taste of him.
Alek pushed his tongue past hers into her mouth, tasting every inch of her mouth.
Sabrina moaned, curling her fingers into his hair.
Alek bunched his fist around the fabric of her shirt, rubbing against her slowly.
Sabrina flipped them around so she hovered over him. "My turn," she whispered into his ear as she rubbed against him slowly.
Alek groaned softly, holding on tightly to her hips.
