Jacob slept on contently.

A little while later, Susannah gave up trying to find something she couldn't name and fell asleep.
Jacob awoke with Susannah sleeping in his arms and didn't want to wake her, she looked so at peace. So he just lay back and kissed her head.
Susannah snuggled in, closer to him and continued to sleep. She had been up kinda late, unable to sleep.
Jacob kissed the top of her head but made no attempt to to wake her.
A few minutes later, Susannah yawned, and opened her eyes, shaking her head as if to clear it of sleep.
"Morning sleepy head," Jacob said his hand on her waist.
Susannah smiled at him. "Morning." she said.
"Well, when I managed to actually fall asleep, I slept very well. You?" Susannah said.
"That's good." Susannah said, running a hand through his hair affectionately.
Jacob kissed her softly for a minute.
Susannah sighed. "I'd better get ready for school." she said reluctantly.
Jacob shook his head and didn't let Susannah out of his arms.
Susannah looked at the clock. "But it's already 8:00. School starts at 9:00." she said.
"Not on Saturdays it doesn't," Jacob laughed.
Susannah looked closer at the clock and noticed that the little letters in the corner said: SAT. "Hm. Ok then." she said, relaxing into his arms, her urgency to leave for school evaporating.
"You're very silly sometimes," Jacob chuckled.
"There's just a lot on my mind." Susannah said, fighting hard to keep the defensive tone out of her voice.
"Well, there's the fact that someone is yet again trying to mess with our lives for reasons still unknown. There's also the fact that I know my mom's still worried every time I step out of the house and I don't know how to calm her. And then finally there's the issue of the very crypticness of my dad's journal where he alludes to have know Christian, Rebecca's brother and his dad, people who I had never heard about until I met Rebecca." Susannah said.
"It is all very confusing, and I'm not sure what it all means," Jacob said.
"But I'm sure we'll figure it out," Jacob smiled helpfully.
Jacob was quiet for a few moments before asking Susannah what she wanted to do.{{Srry i nodded off.}}
"I don't know." Susannah said. "Was there anything you wanted to do today?" she asked.
"Not in particular," Jacob shrugged.
"I have an idea." Susannah said. "Let's go to your house."
"Alright," Jacob said. "Any particular reason?"
"Because we're always over at my house, hanging out in my room, talking to my mom. We should go to your house, hang in your room, talk to you dad. What does he do during the day anyway?" Susannah asked.
"He goes fishing with Charlie Swan a lot," Jacob said.
"Fishing? Hm..." Susannah slowly shook her head. "I don't see it. I don't see how fishing could be any kind of pass time."
"I agree," Jacob said. "It just seems so boring to sit with a piece of string hanging in some water.
"Yeah..." Susannah agreed. "Well, I'm going to go change an then we can go to your house. Just for a change of scenery if nothing else." she said.
"Alright," Jacob said finally releasing his grip on Susannah so she could get out of bed.
Susannah got up, grabbed some clothes, and went to the bathroom to change.
Jacob sat on the edge of the bed and waited.{{Srry; it didnt notify me that u had posted.}}
Susannah came back dressed simply in jeans and a t-shirt.
Jacob got up and took her hand. "Door or window?" He asked.
"Window." Susannah said, deciding to try something different that day.
Jacob smiled and lifted Susannah onto his back. "You sure about this?" Ha asked as he climbed into the window.
Susannah nodded, holding on to him tightly, like a lifeline.
Jacob leapt out of the window and landed gently on his feet. "Not so bad now was it?" He asked as he let Susannah off his back.{{srry had to do some cleaning.}}
"No." Susannah admitted. "But it's still unusual."((Its ok))
"True," Jacob said taking her hand and walking towards the woods.
Susannah walked quietly alongside him.
