This seems so simple. Eadlyn is probably going to develops feelings for Erik that cause her to break the rules of the Selection in order to choose him. Therefore simultaneously proving to her people that she is loving and kind and willing to do whatever it takes for love. This will wrap up all of the uprisings and solve Eadlyn's love problem.

I think she keeps him around for his enthusiasm and sweet nature. I think she knows it would take way more work than they have time for to get him ready to perform royal duties. I personally think that she'll end up with Erik. I am totally TEAM KILE but I feel like this time, the author wants to go with the unexpected since most people are already for-shadowing Keadlyn :) Kile is sort of the Aspen of this Selection so I don't really know. I hope I am wrong at that she's with kile, but we have to wait another year to find out! I think Henri's great, but he doesn't speak English.... so I don't think he's really an option...

I doNT think KILE is like ASPEN in this selection, to me, Kile y like America in the first selection. Theirs characters have much similarities. He an she didnt want to belong to he selection and in the process they changed their thinking about the other person. (remember when America offered his help, frienship, and advaice to Maxon to learn more the others suitors because she was not considered as a candidate to fight for the love of maxon and maary him,until she discovered that she was in love with him. Well this is the case Kile. then we also have the fist time they (maxon and america) met ..collide when she ran to the garden.. like Eadlyn and kile and their first mention in the book. also we can talk the kisses it liked but did not want to give it recognition. We have that part love - hate that always attracts us, because for those who think that kile and Eadlyn are childhood friends..I think they need to re-read the book!, please stop thinking that Kile and Eadlyn were childhood friends. They barely tolerated and handled, until the selection! they dicovering that they were not as they had believed. So No childhood friendship!! This is no the case!. Plus.. Eadlyn needs someone smart, charming, kind, someone to keep her feet on the ground, someone who is not intimidated by her power and pride, someone with inner passion, someone who complemets her personality. someone like Kile!!
and to finish Erick please nooo! he is la Kriss (sweety, and peaceful, and friendly, like a best fried whom you talks, have trust and ask advaice and have good time). to me his personality dosent fit whit hers. because she has a strong character and at the end she get bored with him. #EndGame Keadlyn
I can't help but feel like the setup of this book points strongly between Kile and Erik. I think that Eadlyn's relationship with Kile is going to continue becoming murky with her developing feelings for him. Especially with their original deal. Which I can see be a heartbreak in the final installment for Eadlyn. Even though by the end of the Heir Kile is the one individual who understands her position so thoroughly that it's hard to ignore what an amazing spouse he would become.
Erik is also shaping up to be a good possibility since it would be somewhat scandalous since he was not officially a part of the selection. However, their shared encounters and quiet moments, and important moments of need could point to that relationship blooming and becoming a key point in the last installment.
Honestly, Hale, and Ean I like but I don't think it's likely they will. Kile and Erik dominate the page space in that book and it will ultimately come down between the two of them in the end.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one completely team Henri!!! I just know it's not very probable he seems more like little brother type to her than husband... To be more realistic I think it will be Kile, it would be the happy ending America never had.... But then again I'm not sure Kile would give up his dreams... Then there is Erik who is also likely he's kinda like the forbidden love I don't think Ean or Hale is very likely, Ean would be an escape not someone she would ever love and Hale... Well he's just kinda there... Then there is Fox and Baden... I think she just kinda pity's Fox and with Baden... Well he's wayyyy too eager... Everyone else doesn't really have a chance and there, is the elite :) but again... Henri all the way!!!

@Chelsea, Oh I love Henri but unless Eadlyn picks up his language I don't see it happening. Especially since he has had a very difficult time grasping the English language. Plus, I feel like a part of the reason that she keeps Henri around is not just because she enjoys her time with him and their bond but also because she likes Erik. I feel like her feelings for him are developing and Eadlyn may be doing her best to disregard those feelings.
Its really hard to predict who she's going to end up with. Its confusing between Hale, Henri, Erik and Kile. I love them all. But I am definitely team Kile!!!!!! :)
At this point, I have no idea who she will end up with! With Maxon's Selection, it was obvious that it was going to be America, but Eadlyn's suitor... I hope it's Erik. I think Kile is a sweetheart, but it would be too much of a cliche for Eadlyn to fall for someone that she grew up knowing.
I think she's going to pull a Princess Diaries on us and not get married, but still know who she loves and will eventually want to be with, become queen, solve problems, and prove she can kick ass without a man by her side but can still accept love in her heart.

I think she's going to choose Erik and gives up her throne to kaden (was he older than osten?) All this is not only a slap in the face because Eadlyn doesn't even realize that she acts better than everyone else, but unlike Ahren, his older brother, Kaden has chosen to learn everything he needs to know to become king. Whereas Eadlyn doesn't really want to be queen.
Also, I think there is some symbolism in the cover picture, notice that Eadlyn is not wearing her tiara but holding it off to one side.
I could also be completely wrong and she could choose Kile or Henri. :-)

I really liked Kile at first but now I'm rooting for Erik. It's really hard to tell who the main love interest is in this book...I doubt she'll end up with Henri or Hale but they'll probably make it to the end of the selection. (Starting to feel sorry for Henri now since she'll probably keep him in the selection to keep Erik there)
Ean is shady and he has to go. Feel kind of bad for Fox though. I want him to make it to the final 3 so Eadlyn keeps her promise to him :(

That would make so much sense! Kaden is the perfect heir but he doesn't get a lot of recognition. Plus, it gives an excuse for Eadlyn to be with Erik who is not in the selection.
I'm team Kile, but after reading some of the comments and theories, my opinion change. I think it would be Erik now, because choosing Kile would look so expected and kinda safe. With him its just hormones and curiosity because even though they live in the same place they are not really friends, they're just playmates who grown apart and when they had this chance to be more close, the hormones do the thing. So, Erik now is the best choice coz he sees the worst in Eadlyn and still accepted it and comforted her. And I notice too that when Eadlyn was having a problem, Kile was there, but unlike Erik, he chose to distract Eadlyn by giving her kisses.

Honestly, I hope she ends up with Erik. That would hurt Henri though. I kinda hope if it absolutely cannot be Erik, that it would be Henri but Eadlyn needs to make an effort to learn Finnish so she can get to know him and connect with him better.

I just think that if Erik is chosen it would be to much like America and Maxon. America started out just as Maxons friend remember? So making the same thing happen for Eadlyn just sounds like too much. I am hoping to see the relationship between Kile and Eadlyn continue, so they confide in each other instead of just kiss. Not that I mind their their insane cuteness :) So yes, Kile all the way.
If she ends up with either Kile or Erik I will be so disappointed in the lack of creativity kiera cass possesses. She had 35 men to choose from! And who are the "lead of the pack"? The boy she's known her whole life, and the forbidden romance...*rolls eyes* real creative...

6)Erik (Eikko) <---- hes not in the selection put as a plot twist she put him
Ok I have this theory that maybe she falls in love with Kile and because she doesnt want him to resent her for making him stay and be with her I think she might then send him away. I always think a way she might do that is to pitch his 'shelter hut' idea to her father and that she thinkgs he should put Kile in charge of the designs and the construction. And then to make this theory into a fantasy, maybe Kile after spending some away from the castle decides that he cant live without Eadlyn and he races back home to tell her before she chooses her husband.
I think its pretty obvious Im team Kile. But Im so confused because pretty much all the other guys are so nice and amazing too. But I think in the end it will be between Erik and Kile. Its obvious that Henri wont be endgame and Hale just seems like friend material (maybe a Ahren replacement) so I think she'll friendzone him. And no way in hell do I trust Ean. He has something up his sleeve. And Fox is just the cute little boy with a crush who will never win.
