I heard someone talking about the book, but they didn't mention its name.
The book is about a group of children or teenagers who end up on an island alone, with no adults around.
And in the end, the adults find them.
That's all I know.

That's not a lot to go on, but if it's just boys on the island it could be Lord of the Flies.

It could be the Forgotten Five series by Lisa McMann.
However, the kids are born and raised on the island and the adults eventually all leave. They set out to find the adults again and I think they end up finding all the adults again
