I resonated with this and made me feel seen when often times because of beauty standard other are regarded as more beautiful or desirable

I thought about trying to use this book for a few of the tasks, but I was worried about running out of time. The hardcover version I have seen doesn't have color themed titles for each chapter, but I think it used different colored fonts, page edging. I don't own it, but I remember almost buying it because it was such a unique book.
