glamors cannot change your organs and give you an actual functioning second head so if a character gave themselves a second head, the second one would be all magic, no blood and bone so i guess there's layers to this answer
1. if the glamor head touched the shadowfog, it would be eaten by the fog. no recovery possible because a person wasn't born with it and didn't grow it organically, it's just magic
2. if an actual face/head of a person is covered in shadowfog, chances are you're going to die. the shadowfog will eat the magic in your brain and stop it from functioning. if it just touches the face without fully covering the head and getting all up in there, i would say third degree burn rules apply

no no that's cool, and it doesn't always have to be murder. just like you know in situations that maybe they can't send out a field soldier or something they're like *toss*. (totally not ripping off a fav dc character but the batfam is the militia)

Can't decide if this is questions or suggestions so were just gonna go here. Okay, so my brain was turning cause I saw the Runalithe ranks full but I thought of an idea that idk if it would fit the roleplay. Is there a possibly to add a character who was kinda once a social outcast (because they were into magic as a kid and it was weird to them) but then is selected to be a 'mage type' in the exploration/mission group because they know the most about magic?

i’m sure they do, in whatever form that takes. we aren’t doing a anything with their continent so we didn’t form a government or society for them. you’re free to come up with whatever you’d like
are we able to just have regular citizens? ones with normal jobs? or are we to strictly have roles that have to be claimed? it might be easier if there were citizens allowed, especially for future people. that way they actually have characters to make

this is a world of MAGIC. yes, there are motorcycles if they have been put together and have a fuel source/someone is making them move. anything you want exists here, aside from like phones or TVs because that's modern technology.
nope, cogworks is free and mandatory unless the child is homeschooled or undocumented/their parents don't let them go.
so if i wanted to have a ceremony of leprechauns-
