Read 2010-2019. has kinda of a weird title like dream stitcher's daughter. I think it has something to do with funeral rites? There's a prophecy about the dream stitcher daughter's killing the monarch so the monarch wants to kill the daughter but a small town hides her until something happens and the daughter remembers that she's the one in the prophecy? I'm not interested in reading it again, I've just been thinking about what could be this book series and I'm interested in finding it again

Is is The Safe-Keeper's Secret by Sharon Shinn? "One late night, a mysterious visitor from the city arrives with an unusual secret for the Safe-Keeper—a newborn baby. I don't think it's either of these. The Safe-Keeper's Secret sounds along the same lines, but I'm pretty sure my book is part of a multi-book series and both suggestions look like standalone's. Thank you for the suggestions though!

After some light perusing, I think it's the Sin Eater's Daughter. Thank you everyone for helping me find this book even though the summary I gave was a little off.
