D.L. | 98 comments Saturday Night Check-in

Hi, everybody!

My mom is doing great so far with her first official RAT. I believe slayin' would be the internet term lol As for me, I'm taking a little more time getting going because I became sick all of a sudden, and ended up taking a long nap. Fortunately, I feel a bit better now so I can get more into the reading.

Progress:

Reading: The Lottery Winner (80pgs. so far)*
Finished: The House on Mango Street (110pgs. total)

message 70: by D.L. (new)

D.L. | 98 comments P.S. Mom thanks everyone for the lovely birthday wishes. She's having a nice time.

message 73: by D.L. (new)

D.L. | 98 comments ^^ Thanks, everybody!

For the 'official' read-a-thon I finished only 2 books:

The Lottery Winner Alvirah and Willy Stories by Mary Higgins Clark The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros

BUT Mom and I are continuing on today. So maybe I can get in another book or 2.

I hope everyone had a successful RAT :)
