Im looking for a single book that i thought i still owned but it has disappeared... I actually remember the name of the book - Last Dance or The Last Dance - but cant find the author or the book.

• Set in the US
• i read it like 20 years ago and it already seemed a little dated at that time... so published in the late 80s - late 90s.
• the cover was pink, had a picture of a girl in a pink silk dress holding flowers i think? But just the torso. Head and legs were cropped
• told from several perspectives/different characters
• they are going to the last dance of their senior year in highschool i think, and its at some sort of country club/golf resort
• entire book takes place in one evening

• in one plot line, a girl is picked up by a guy in his car and he tries to assault her
• in another, a small group end up having to use the dryers in the pool-house / locker room area
• pretty sure it ends with the country club catching fire??

I think it could be Last Dance - there are some missing covers, but two of the reviews mention a fire.
