Paranormal/fantasy - mate bond between a witch and vampire/wizard. Spoiler.

I read this book about 5 years ago. At that time i read a lot of paranormal and fantasy books. I vaguely remember the plot.

This is a story of a girl who is a witch. Her mother or aunt is the head of conventant and she is supposed to inherited it. In this world there is mate system. She meets her mate who is a wizard or a vampire. They try to resist the mate boond but as time goes on it get harder. There is some political stuff going on with the leaders. She and her friend group try to solve the issue and turns out the mother or aunt is villain.
