Completed Series

Like last year I am going to try to finish reading some of the completed manga series I have collected. We'll just have to see how well this goes.

Unlike last year if a series is released as an omnibus I will be counting original volume count instead of the omnibus book count when tracking how many were in the series.

2 volume series
My Girlfriend is a T-Rex
Takopi’s Original Sin

3 volume series
Heroines Game
Lion and the Bride, The
Walking Cat: A Cat's-Eye-View of the Zombie Apocalypse, The
Witches' Marriage, The

5 volume series
Basilisk

6 volume series
Golosseum

14 volume series
Delicious in Dungeon

Hanii Aburame | 49 comments Wow! 239 reads, that is incredible, congrats!

I'm kind of late in asking, but what did you think of My Girlfriend is a T-Rex, Vol. 1 & 2?
it's one of my favorite short monster girl/folks series.

Thanks. It was a bit rough this year with some big life changes but thanks to an assortment of one shot Archie books in the end I was able to meet my book goal barely which helped with my Graphic Novel challenges too.

As for My Girlfriend is a T-Rex, Vol. 1 by Sanzo and My Girlfriend is a T-Rex, Vol. 2 by Sanzo I found the series to be a lot of fun with an assortment of interesting and flawed characters who with time could have developed even better in time. Though the lovable and less then bright Churio was fairly limited in her ability to grow thanks to being more simple even she has moments of growth that could only be possible because her boyfriend is a nice guy who started as a thuggish tough guy. Unfortunately I don't see any further books/min series to explore their world but it turns out he did a book released by Yen Press called Caterpillar Girl and Bad Texter Boy which I hope to check out some day. :)

As for favorite Monster Girl short of the year (which is a very specific category lol) I would have to point out Beauty and the Beast Girl was really touching though only part of the series was published as their relationship starts taking on a more exploratory nature at times.

Hanii Aburame | 49 comments I hope the big life changes were good changes!

I agree with everything you said about Beauty and the Beast Girl, that one-shot is absolutely adorable, and I wish there would be further volumes. At least as of last year I believe, I looked into it and couldn't find a sequel. But there was more? Just a bit too... spicy, for publication?

Thank you! I definitely will check out Caterpillar Girl and Bad Texter Boy! I'm always looking for new monster girl/boy/folk series, especially ones with peculiar characters or ones with lore based in the true mythology of the character's races/species.
